We're regulars at this Hampton, as it's a convenient stop between our house and our daughter in Las Vegas. They are 4 years into a 2 year renovation, with no end in sight, which continues to affect operations. We'll start using the Fairmont across the street in the interim. Our preferred room is one of the few accessible at the facility - a nice one on the first floor and a walk in shower - and was finally available again. It felt like we were the first guests in the room. The sofa bed was still held shut with the shipping zip ties, which I had to cut to unfold. Chunks of drywall were still under it. I had to go to the front desk -twice- to get a complete set of bedding for it. It proved to be a very uncomfortable, super soft mattress that you could feel every spring and support through. Most of the hooks in the bathroom have yet to be installed. The showerhead had not been tested - or, if it was, they did not verify that it did not spray more than a few inches. As this is an accessible shower, there is always overspray - and the water drained toward the wall, away from the drain. The comforter had holes burned into it. The unfinished outside and portico are annoying and don't affect current options, but it seems like even the renovated areas still need help. Our core experience was still positive - the breakfast was still the great usual offerings, and the bed was comfortable, but we expect Hampton to be better than what we've found. This location has been a favorite waypoint for us in the past - we'll continue to check in periodically and hope it improves.

Lobby is beautiful, and the cookies are delicious. Breakfast is decent, staff is nice. Rooms are not great, but they’re currently in the middle of a renovation, which will definitely help. The carpets were stained and old, furniture in the room was definitely outdated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious,

Old and out dated, they are currently renovating the outside of the building but the rooms badly need help.
Pillows were tiny & uncomfortable, & the room smelt old & musty. The furniture & everything inside is outdated & it took about 15 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot.
We paid for 2 nights and only stayed for one as I had a bad feeling the bed & couch most definitely had bed bugs. After staying here for 1 night I definitely will always carry a can of lysol in my luggage & disinfectant wipes.
Our first room the air didn’t work but they did switch us to a room nearby thankfully. The girl at the desk was quiet & nice. The entrance is beautiful & the complementary breakfast buffet & drinks was nice & presentable which is why we are giving the rating 3 stars.
This was my second time this year staying at this location but we will NOT be returning.

They have a construction site at the Hotel, first we stayed at a room that was not renovated, terrible with a broken closet, couch full of stains, and an old bathroom. The hallways were ice cold and it smells. Then we changed to a renovated room, no sheets for the couch.
When I went to ask for sheets in the lobby the receptionist started arguing with me. The room also was freezing, the heater was very old and I’m not sure if it worked. Overall a bad experience.

I enjoyed my overnight stay there.the hotel is located well off the interstate, so there is limited noise from highway traffic. Large tesla charging station nearby. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean, good hot breakfast. They were doing an extensive remodel when I was there. They were not working when I was there, however. Room very reasonably priced, plenty of local places to eat and fuel up.

What a great place to stay! The staff was especially accommodating to us. We have 2 large bikes that they allowed us to store in an empty conference room. Special shout out to Lou who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. Everyone working there is friendly and efficient!

I ordered a handicap-accessible room four months in advance. Weeks later, I called to confirm that the room was still reserved for us. And when we got to the hotel, no handicap-accessible room available. Unacceptable. Do better.

This hotel is going through a remodel that's great. The problem is the ceilings and walls are so thin you every footstep every cabnet every door they shut from the people above you and next to you Sounds like a herd of elephants are above you when people are walking .the walls and windows shake. If your going to stay here TOP floor only .....the remodel failed to address this HUGE issue. If you want Peace and quiet your at the wrong hotel!!!!!! Obviously the owner doesn't care about this problem.
