Disappointing Experience – Hidden Fees & Poor Service

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. First, they charge $18 per day for parking, but this fee was never disclosed upfront—only when I checked in. It felt deceptive and frustrating to find out at the last minute.

On top of that, housekeeping was nonexistent. Despite specifically requesting a room cleaning, it was never done. To make matters worse, I discovered a used tissue between the mattress and bed frame, clearly left behind by a previous guest. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention with photos, my complaint was completely ignored.

Also, the breakfast which is as basic as it gets, runs out fast and is not replaced immediately.

For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness and transparency about fees. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both fronts. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The facility is clean new and centrally located. We had a very good experience with Darian at the front desk and Janae who was running the kitchen and serving amazing hot and cold breakfast. Allysa at the front desk was also very warm and welcoming.|Excellent facility with really good staff and we created fun memories here

We had 7 rooms reserved for our team and one conference room for our company event. Everything went smoothly and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was good with different options. Melissa, specifically, was so understanding and went above and beyond to make our experience delightful. We will strongly recommend this hotel to other colleagues of ours for their company gatherings and meetings.

We joined 2 other couples at the last min who already had rooms at the Hampton Inn.|The hotel was perfect and suited our needs to a tee. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and great options. We were very impressed by the workout area. God forbid we do any exercise, but we did check it out. |This is an absolute solid choice for a stay in Napa Valley. | A quit note that Sheri who checked us in had a lovely personality and we enjoyed her warm greeting.

The only reason I am writing this review is due to the lack of customer service and the lack of concern for SAFETY! Dogs have more rights than children.
I understand that it is a dog friendly hotel; however, the system in place for determining a "friendly dog" is a joke.
We stayed here with family (so reservation is not under my name for when Hampton reads this). I have two small children 2 and 4. My two year old was in the elevator with her grandfather coming to the lobby. As SOON as the door opened a BIG German Shepard and another dog equal in size rushed in the elevator into my daughter, who was terrified. The dog was not controlled by the owner. When the front desk was made aware of this experience ... the response was this is a dog friendly hotel and they ensure dogs are nice. When asked how they determine if a dog is nice the staff approach the manager approaches the dog to see how it reacts. They also ensure us that hotel guests sign a waiver in case something happens. So passing the responsibility to someone else.
I asked why the policy doesn't state the dog needs to be held by the collar and controlled by owner the response is just it's their policy to allow dogs. Needless to say, we will not be coming back. And if you have small children...beware.

Wow, did we find a gem!! I had my mothers 70th birthday get together and we all drove from LA & SF, and needed affordable clean rooms for everyone. I could believe for myself and 3 others booked 2 rooms that had 4 beds for 2 nights was only $430. Each room!! Staff was so friendly and super attentive and excellent customer service👌 They have a pool and it’s handicap assessable!! And! A super cool large patio with a fireplace tables and chairs! A real breakfast with eggs potatoes and waffles and fresh delicious coffee and tea free every morning and wine tasting at 5pm every evening. I’m going to make this a regular place to stay with my and my family!! One last thing, it’s next to everything. Restaurants, movie theater, target, Home Depot, and Raleys super market. And 5 minutes away from downtown Napa. It’s A Winner!!

The hotel and rooms were clean. It was nice to have the continental breakfast. The morning front desk manager and other employees I interacted with were very friendly.

Why would you charge custers to park in the parking lot? Especially during the week. Why?If the water park were open, I just may have some minute understanding. But it is closed. There is no security patrolling, there is no fences, so what exactly am I paying a $20.00 fee for? Want closer to the hotel, wasn't closer to our room. Personally, I will discourage my business associates and network from booking with this Hilton.
