Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler-Fashion Center AZ

Quite good. Nice staff, good was good. Room was clean. I forgot toothpaste and they hooked me up no; questions asked. The TV makes it easy to log into your streaming accounts when you check in and logs you out at the end of your stay. Might be a security risk, but very convenient. The TV even greets you with a personal message upon entry. Better than all the other CLC hotels I have stayed at in the past.

First, I would like to say that at this hotel you actually get a live person on the phone that works in this hotel. As an additional bonus, the employee was very pleasant. No hidden cancellation policies, just the usual 24 hours. When I arrived, Melinda was there to greet me and was extremely nice. I had a late arrival and she helped me find a place to get some very good food. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!! Second stay, just like the first. Thank you!

We had a great weekend getaway here and were very pleased with everything. The front desk guy named Dan was very attentive to us when he had a room issue, he took care of it immediately. We will be back for sure!

An upscale Hotel conveniently located near an office Park and shopping mall. It has a nice outdoor swimming pool Office Center and gymnasium. The free breakfast in the morning has many options and is well prepared and delicious. The rooms are quiet and the air conditioning is good and adjustable

The mattress and pillows were terrible. The hotel as a whole looks run down and not well kept. My room was in poor condition. My room had electric wires going from the window in front of the refrigerator to a extension cord plugged into the wall. Made it difficult to get into the refrigerator and to use the microwave. There was also a large piece of the window cover leaning against the window frame on the floor. I spoke to the front desk about the issue, the front desk person said the repair person had made the repair. I guess the repair was running the wires in front of the refrigerator. Maybe they need a better repair person. Not sure why they would have a room in this condition for a customer. This shows no respect for their customers. I wish I could post a picture to show how bad this was. The first night we stayed there we were woken up at 11:30 p.m by people slamming doors and running up and down the halls. This continued until 1 a.m. Hotel did nothing to resolve the issue. At 8a.m. at the free breakfast, there were people setting at a table drinking beer not eating breakfast just drinking beer while families were getting or eating their breakfast. I did not expect to see a beer party at breakfast. There were people drinking beer around the pool at all hours. The hotel does not have a bar so not sure why they allowed the open drinking especially at breakfast. The staff did nothing about any issue. I will not stay at this Hampton again. The location of the hotel is great, right off the 202 but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

Great spacious hotel with all the amenities. Safe location for children and wonderful front desk staff. Morning breakfast is delicious!

Positive: Good location, clean and relatively quiet. Negative: Had a small leak under the sink in our room. It was evident that it wasn't new (stained wood) and the cleaning staff would have seen it and should have had it fixed earlier.
