Hampton Inn & Suites Tucson Marana

Fantastic on everything! Spotless in every area. Great customer service. Looks like a brand new hotel but was built in 2018 so it’s obviously well maintained. Good parking close to the doors and well lit. Quiet area and not a lot of traffic at night. I literally saw nothing to complain about. So rare now days.

Clean hotel near the Outlet malls and that's is good for an overnight if you're shopping, If your traveling for work and are going to be longer than a couple of nights, stay elsewhere in the area. TV system is 10 years behind any other Hilton I've stayed at (they have 0 App connections and only offer screen mirroring) There prices for anything out of the snack bar is like going to a concert, 100-200% markup (Pics below. I checked my old Folio for Hampton in Bethpage, Long Island and this place was more) The onsite guest washer needs deodorized in a bad way. They do a great job of keeping the lobby area and grounds clean which is what you'd expect from a management that is purely driven by profit off of shoppers over creating a quality overall experience that I've come to expect from Hilton properties.

I was given a handicapped room for the same cost of a regular regular (huge rip off and I am a diamond member!) The television didn't work, no clock, coffee machine didn't work and walls are paper thin so you could hear everything your neighbor say or does. Desk light was burned out so I couldn't do much work. I reported this to the front desk and they just said thank you for reporting the problems. No apologies and no monetary reimbursement for their screw ups! Don't book here..its sucks!

Newer hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Only (slightly) negative was that despite 100+ degree temps, the pool water was very cool since the pool is in the shade most of the day. Coffee available 24 hours in lobby.

Worst experience ever, had made and paid for a reservation 1 month in advance. Got there and 2 groups of people with no reservations signed in and got in their rooms leaving us in the lobby. Finally got into our room, when we got home l went online to check my credit card and discovered they charged us twice. Filed a dispute with our credit card. This was 2 months ago and still waiting for reimbursement. $487.00 for a room there is a little ridiculous. Never ever again.

I was so pleasantly surprised at this lovely Hampton Inn. I am traveling with my service dog, and after 3 days (so far) on the road, we were both a bit tired and cranky. As we neared the hotel, I was struck by a majestic building in the distance. I began thinking, "Please let that be the Hampton. Please let this be the Hampton!!" It was. My room was clean and roomy. I appreciated an interesting wall hook for hangers and such. (perfect for my dog's leash and harness.) The grounds are clean and well-maintained. Beautiful desert plants everywhere. The young lady working the desk this evening was sweet, professional, and willing to help me with a huge favor concerning my dog's supplement diet (items that needed to stay frozen.) I will definitely stay here again. What a treasure in the outskirts of Tucson.

I can't rave enough about this hotel. I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Hotel lobby and rooms are very clean, modern updated decor, one of the best free breakfasts I have had at a hotel. I felt very safe and it was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. I can see why this hotel has great reviews!

If you haven’t booked this hotel, DO IT! I have stayed at this hotel several times and let me tell you it should be the role model for all hotels. It’s CLEAN, comfortable, new and the employees are very courteous and welcoming. The public areas are well lit and felt safe. The rooms are impeccable (shout out to housekeeping), front desk professional and warm, kitchen employees so nice! Plenty of towels in the rooms, beds comfortable, showers have decent water pressure. I have always found parking in front and it is well lit. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Eggs, sausage, potatoes with bell peppers and onion, toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc. On the weekdays breakfast starts at 6am, but I’m up earlier at 5:30am and guess what, they already had coffee available (with flavored and unflavored creamer)!! I didn’t have to wait for breakfast service to start. ? LOVE these ppl! Whoever is managing this hotel gets five stars from me. The quality has not changed since this hotel has opened. Thank you for yet another great stay, I’ll be back in March!
