I've been going to Happy Valley for years for camps and retreats. The staff is great and the food is outstanding. As a camping experience, I'd call it more deluxe. There are heated cabins with showers, food is served. As a conference center, it's more on the rustic side with beautiful grounds nestled in the Santa Cruz mountains.
