Harold Studio LLC

Was so excited to go here. Been thinking about this for so long and finally got the courage to search for places for instruction. Secured a spot in the September class as the August class is already filled. Received a solicitation from Harold’s stating they have gold castings available. I thought they only worked in silver. My goal is to work in gold eventually so I sent an email asking what path of classes if any would she suggest. The next morning I see a refund notification for the September class I secured. I was confused and emailed asking for the reason why I was dropped from the class? The owner responded that she took the liberty of removing me as this class does not work in gold and next time read the description before signing up! I understood the class was not in gold. I am a beginner. Gold is expensive. I would think just starting out one would work in silver. Metal is metal. The skills learned from a silver class could be transferred to gold later on. I was just excited and wanted to map out my learning path. I see the great reviews and quick sell outs, not sure if there isn’t a need to be kind due to popularity or she was just having a bad day. I wrote back that I feel the class would still be valuable. No reply. No oh of course it would still be helpful. Please sign up again or apologize for assuming and dropping me without having a conversation, nothing. Kind of took the wind out of my sails. If I can’t ask a question now and the result is getting dropped would I be able to ask a question in class?

My friend and I decided to choose an experience to share instead of exchanging gifts this past holiday season. After some research, my friend selected a Cabachon Ring class at Harold Studio. I went along for the ride, but the class was SO much more than I expected! Cher is an amazing, patient teacher. The class was so much fun and I feel like I learned a lot. Not to mention, I got a gorgeous ring out of it! I highly recommend trying one of the classes at Harold Studio. I know I'll be back!

The attention to details in their classes is astounding. After years of trying to learn online, I was able to create jewelry on a whole new level after taking just the one beginners class. I cannot recommend this studio enough! You will not only leave with a beautiful piece you made, you'll have the knowledge to expand and evolve your craft. There is nothing getting compliments on something you created.

I absolutely LOVED this studio! Cher was so patient, kind and knowledgeable! It was really amazing to see how much you can accomplish as a beginner. 100% worth the time and money :)

Took my first class from Harold Studio on Jan 31st, Spinner Ring Class...it was so much fun. It was my first time making any kind of jewelry and I was very surprised at the amazing ring I was able to take make in such a short time! The instructor, Cher, was so wonderful...she was able to handle all the students even with all of us being at different skill levels. I would recommend this class to everyone! I am excited to go back for the next one:)

A friend and I took a cabochon ring class today after learning about Harold Studio on Instagram. It is the most charming little studio full of creativity and friendly faces. The class had absolutely everything needed to create a beautiful piece of jewelry from start to finish - high quality supplies, equipment, and hands-on support. Our instructor Cher was patient, friendly, and seemed to truly enjoy teaching us. This full-day class was an excellent introduction to what may become quite the love affair with silversmithing! I will absolutely be back to enjoy more classes and eventually open studio time. I would happily do this 100 more times!

Today was my third time taking classes here at Harold studio! I love the teacher Cher! She is an amazing teacher! I have learned so much and have become a confident jewelry maker from taking classes here! I always recommend this studio to anyone looking to get into jewelry making! Take a class here and you will be so glad you did!

Loved the whole class experience at Harold Studio. I took the jewelry 1 intensive, and Cher was a fantastic instructor. The class vibe wasn’t rushed, and really laid back, yet I really learned so many valuable skills and techniques. The finished work came out nicer than I expected, and I was pretty surprised that I actually made some jewelry that I’m actually excited to wear. Can’t wait to take another class and enjoy the open studio time.
