So far, I've had the worst experience dealing with HDS machining service. It started with "we'll machine your Kawasaki engine for around $325 (cylinder boar). Oh wait, we will have to charge you an additional $200 to setup the tool! Another 3 weeks later. we haven't ordered the material it's going to cost you another $120. I'm not sure what's going on with HDS, Greed! Incompetence! o both! I would NOT go to them again. The counter people blame it on the owner/manager.

I’m late, I’ll be 100% honest. They aren’t perfect even though I gave them 5 stars. I got my coyote engine completely rebuilt a year ago and we’ll see how long it lasts. Because you never really know, but I will say that they do they’re absolute best at their work considering My Coyote Motor’s current “Thermal Efficiency Rating.” Doug (CS Rep) will know what I’m talking about. However, I had two faulty seals, rear main and valve cover and they offered to replace both for free. For the record you can’t control faulty seals. That happens all the time. Sadly they’re a machine shop so they can’t just drop the motor and replace them, but the service is phenomenal and the effort is there. I’ve a seen people complain about prices, but you get what you pay for.

These people at HDS are complete crooks!. I went to them for a valve job on my ls3 heads, I was quoted 150.00 for the valve job, 150.00 for a pressure check.I declined the pressure check. Picked up one head because they wouldn't fix the head with seat damage. Several weeks later called me to come get the other head. They then charged me 409.00 dollars for a one head valve job. CROOKS!!

Fantastic service, communicative regarding pricing, extremely quick turnaround time (they had my wheel bearing replaced in the knuckle, with all seals, within an hour). Thanks to them being open on a Saturday and the quick TAT, I’ll be able to race at rallycross this weekend. Much appreciated - I will be coming back here for future pressing/machining work!

Very expensive, way over priced. Quoted 3 times what others quoted. Unprofessional, terrible experience. Picked up amd they tried to over charge me. Made me carry heavy parts to my vehicle, never wven offered to help. Did not return everything to me so I had to drive all the way back, they blamed me for not getting all of my parts. Will not use them for anything.

By far, the best price on car batteries. They had a coupon and a higher core return price which saved me around 40 bucks compared to literally everywhere else.

They will be in my radar from now on.

I used HDS before owner change, it was awesome then. I needed head work done & went back. Everything thing was even better. Machine shop guys awesome, counter guys great, lots of help. Will not go anywhere else.
