Love this place! It's family....great teachers, superb atmosphere and community. I've made many friends while obtaining all the benefits of yoga spiritually and physically! We've enjoyed beach yoga, movie nights, sound baths and overnight outings. Eva is always mixing it up to make learning and experiencing life an awesome adventure ~ love her and her studio!

Heal and Soul is a wonderful place to take yoga classes. All of the instructors have been amazing, but Eva has such a wonderful energy. She is an excellent teacher who really cares about each of her students and takes the time to work with each one regardless of ability. The vibe in the studio is always positive, calming and welcoming.

I've been coming to Heal and Soul Yoga for 3.5 years and I cannot say enough about this wonderful studio. It's intimate and beautifully appointed. Not many places offer gentle and restorative yoga on a daily basis, but this studio does. Classes are small enough in order for the instuctors to give you indivudul attention. The owner, Eva, takes pride in her place and it shows, we all love her. I cannot wait to come to class every day. If you are looking for a yoga studio, come check this place out.

Heal and Soul Yoga is not only a Yoga Studio, is a place where you can find authentic inner help. It's a peaceful place, where you are always surrounded of positive people meanwhile you practice your Yoga classes.

Eva, our teacher, is not just focused in strenghting your body. She really is into getting into your soul and help you heal any situation you could present. She's very friendly with all her students.

Also we use to go on retreats, in order to volunteer with beautiful organizations. Last week we visited a Farm that is commited to rescue abandoned animals like pigs, goats, hens, alpacas, etc. It was such a great experience. I totally recommend this place, not just for your body, but for your soul.

Heal and Soul is the ideal yoga studio. It's a non competitive studio. There's no b.s. about who is the "best" yoga student. I've felt that at other studios before. Eva is a miracle worker and she provides such a supportive environment. She's a miracle worker. I feel so much better since I started going to her studio

Great location. To call me a novice would be an understatement. I'm like the tin man. The teacher Roshana was exceptionally patient and helpful when working with me and over the last few months I have seen a monumental level of improvement in my flexibility and posture.

Went with a group from work and really liked it. I play ice hockey with mostly much younger men and was looking for something besides the gym to tune me up and give me an edge.

I am definitely going back next week and hope to be able to do the more advanced classes as I progress.
