The lady who answers the phone uses a business that burned to the ground as point for reference. Young man who gave me estimate was cordial but couldn't get to me for a week.

This is about a Mickey mouse joke of a business. The lady has 2 guys come down from Tennessee at night to work on the vehicles. My Camry was left sitting for 3 days outside their shop with the key left under the floor mat like I was told to do when I came to just take Mr car and go elsewhere I'm glad it wasn't stolen. Lady eventually stop answering the phone. So I went to rainsville autoglass and the windshield was fixed the next day after a windshield was ordered overnight by them. HENEGAR AUTOGLASS YOU SUCK !!!!!!!!!!

Been trying to get a windshield since March 31st, 2022. Excuses after excuses, & messup after messup.
1st ordered wrong windshield.

2nd let 2015 equinox go ahead of me IE: Gave them my windshield.

3rd person who answers phone said I'm 74 My mind isn't what it used to be since COVID ya know. Also, thought I had a wife and was calling her for my order.

4th Business ordered another and told me first come, first serve! Hello, I've been waiting since last of March for crying out loud. Price is cheaper that is the only advantage of going with this business!!

Told me the guy could stop by my house on his way to work because it was on the way and replace my windshield no problem. Calls the next day after that's what I expected and asks if I can bring it to their shop. Inconsistent and cannot be trusted. Use someone else.
