Beautiful place to visit went on Saturday, reservation was made on their website, easy to navigate. You can also walk in. This was a pleasant experience, had the chance to see multiple art from different artist. 👩🏻‍🎨 magnificent work of art. Clean facility they have restrooms inside if needed. Staff is very informative on anything that they display. Will come again.

Loved this museum experience. Great art selection and everyone there is amazing and passionate about being there. I was also lucky enough to meet two of the artists as well as Mark Hilbert. I've been twice in two weeks and excited to continue to visit and see new exhibits. There are two buildings and lots to see. No reservation required but you can reserve online if preferred.

A wonderful museum with 2 separate halls. Beautiful architecture and room layouts, which provide for mostly private, uncrowded viewings. The permanent exhibitions are well worth the visit, but the current exhibition we saw was also wonderful. The staff and volunteers were all very pleasant and helpful. There is also a very nice cafe at the museum and free parking close by.

Can you imagine the museum that captures kid’s attention?! Really does! The atmosphere is perfect for relax and enjoy the art of life. There are good scenes for adults and for kids 🌟 we will definitely be returning to enjoy every piece of the art on the wall. Just seat and enjoy. Wonderful. Thank you !

Cute little museum, conveniently located right outside of Orange metro station, a free parking structure is also next block. We had lunch at the Orange circle and strolled to the museum. Enjoyed the permanent collections, special exhibits, and featuring local artists. A beautiful Saturday afternoon!

Art is for those who need therapy. Let’s begin this museum review.

Hilbert Museum of California (est 2016) is a 7,500 sq feet museum that house a wide collection of California art. This museum has North (permanent collection) and South Galleries (revolving art paintings which can be purchased). Those canvass for sale begins at $750 (smaller) to $30K (large). Thanks to the generosity of philanthropists and art patrons, Mark and Janet Hilbert, this museum is named after them.

I like art museums in general. And HMOC is one of my favorite museums in Orange County. It’s perfectly located in Oldtowne Center. Staff were affable and knowledgeable. Museum has parking lot but limited. However, there is a large parking structure next to it. I spent roughly 2 hrs in this museum, checking every paintings and reading their descriptions. Overall, I enjoyed this museum.
