Here for business, stayed 3 nights. Nice people, seemed pretty central for area. Restaurants and food nearby, as well as restaurant on site. Would stay again. My room felt a little "tired". Paint scuffs, trim coming off in places. I read they are going through renos so I may not have had an updated room. I would stay again.

I work for Amazon contractor, fly to a new city each week. This hotel by far is the best. I’ve traveled 20 of my 33 years and this is the best experience possible. Great for families, also has a good bar with an amazing bartender.

I need to mention the head chef is out of this world. Best ribeye I’ve had in 10 years.

The entire staff is just simply always exceeding expectations.

This hotel is currently under renovation and upgrades, so the main lobby and portions of floors are sealed off. The room was clean, solid doors, solid shower glass and clean comfortable bed. The coffee pot was is Keurig, nice fridge and microwave. I did not eat there so unable to speak on it.
Location: next to a mall and restaurants, 1 minute away from I-10, so in a really good location.

The place was under construction - floors 1 and 2 were being remodeled. Floors 3 and 4 were done and my room was on the 3rd floor. The room was nice, the bathroom was clean and I'd stay here again. The common areas were not available due to the renovation. I didn't try it myself, but a friend who was there also said the pool and hot tub were the same temp - cold.

The front desk don’t wanna do there job and send u a digital key what’s the point of checking in online? If you have to still go talk to them at the front desk to get a key took over four hours to get a response and I’m a diamond member would not let my pet stay at this location. Must not be too concerning because yet no one for management has reached out when we clearly left our information for you all to reach back out to us.

My family and I came out to Fontana for an unfortunate family event, and we had to stay at a hotel. We decided to stay at this location and so glad we did. The staff was wonderful and friendly and one that stood out the most was Ms. Noelle ( sorry if I butchered your spelling!). Even through the construction, She was very kind, very friendly and very accommodating, and through this hard time she was very understanding. We are so happy with the experience and will be staying here if we ever come back. Thank you again!

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, it almost feels as if certain staff is racist. First night, no curfew and no issues the staff was super friendly. The next morning we couldn’t get breakfast because we didn’t get a “receipt”, when clearly it stated on the email that breakfast was included… and all of a sudden there was a curfew, when the first night I was able to come in and out past 10 pm and there wasn’t any issue. Second night we were locked out when all of our belongings were inside of the hotel. I forced the door open (which I wasn’t supposed to do) but never in all my years of traveling have I been locked out of the hotel that I reserve to stay in with all my belongings inside. cleanliness is mid, the keys stop working after 1 time use. I’m not trying to hate, but this is not 600$ worth for 3 nights. Definitely stay anywhere else, this place is terrible and the staff sucks except for the one guy the first night.

They took my reservation without mention of the heavy construction - tsk tsk.|This info should be on website and on booking page. I wondered why it was inexpensive! ||Call to check construction status. Stay clear. ( I am an honors member and yet I had no info on this)
