First of all, I would like to thank the staff at the lobby for their warm hospitality. It was a perfect stay with no issues throughout the entire week. The room provided was truly amazing; new, spacious, clean, and flawless. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent; everything, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, and the pool, was spotless.

The location is very convenient as well. It's only a 10-minute drive to LAX airport. Although it seems to be in a quiet area, there is a metro station right next to the hotel, and there are popular chain restaurants like In-N-Out, local spots, and markets within walking distance.

I will most likely stay here again on my next trip to LA. It was truly a wonderful experience!

Hotel in decent condition. Rooms are dark even with all lights on. You could sleep soundly with all the lights on. They are on timers, though, so they go off even when you want them on, and you have to keep resetting them. Horrible neighborhood just across the street. Spent 15 minutes trying to check out, but they were unable to print a receipt. No manage on duty on Sunday for problem solving and the clerk could not figure out how to start up the only computer with a printer. Breakfast is way overpriced. for a mediocre hotel.

The hotel room had broken light fixtures, the coffee machine didn't work, the bathroom tub was dirty, I had to clean the bathroom counter top when I got there. How are you an expensive hotel and don't provide complimentary breakfast? I understand the gourmet breakfast prices but the basics? Then, I booked that hotel to take a class that was being offered at the hotel and the hotel employees stole items from our classroom. Not a secured hotel and no cameras on hallways. Definitely not worth the cost!

Check in was fast however some of the staff at the front desk was more interested in talking to each other about personal stuff than to provide a professional attitude. Room was OK. Nothing stood out of the ordinary. I wanted to use the gym but was small and crowded so I ended up going outside the hotel for a run. I booked a 10.30am shuttle service to the airport and the driver arrived almost 30 mins late.

While the hotel itself is good, the shuttle service is a joke. There are no instructions that you have to request it- meanwhile the other hotel shuttles appear to be running regularly and you can just hop on the one you need. Even after requesting it, you have to wait minimum 30 minutes (and up to an hour) for a barely-marked van that you would have no idea it’s your shuttle if the driver didn’t come out and look for you.

Once you’re on, you learn that the shuttle is actually going to like 5 other random hotels, and you have to stop for pick-up and drop-off before you get close to your destination. Getting TO the hotel, this is less of a problem- but if you need to get to the airport to, you know, catch a flight that will not wait for you? Abysmal. Again, no instructions that we have to “order” the shuttle (when I checked out I asked about it, and they asked if I had ordered one the night before Why would I have done that with no instruction) and then we had to wait 40 minutes for it to even show up, then another thirty on the shuttle itself because of how it needed to go to all the different hotels.

Horrible shuttle service and not at all properly disclosed what type it is. I will not be staying at this hotel for travel again.

This hotel was ok. It was pretty convenient for where I needed to be, not sure I would stay there again. I didn't feel the place was very clean, a few random hairs in the bathroom and shower, could have been from the cleaning service. One issue I had was the light rail travels right next door, starting 4:28 every morning it comes by every ten minutes or so and I could hear the beeping noises from the platform, sounded kind of like an alarm clock going off, I'm a light sleeper and it woke me up every morning. Two other people in my party stayed in other rooms and weren't bothered by the noise so maybe it was just me. The pool was nice, hot tub was on the dirty side. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall my stay was fine, it was a good value, if it had been a bit cleaner I would definitely come back.

I am currently staying at the Hilton as a displaced resident due to the Altadena fires .. my experience was not a welcoming one at all. The first red flag was: 100 deposit EACH DAY! Was requested by the front desk clerk whose name is “KIM” (whom refused to give a last name when asked).. she mentioned that these fees hidden as a security deposit was a “per management” request!.. her attitude was condescending and flat out sarcastic.. she then said I can pay 350 and that’s the lowest she would go .. which I found it surprising since she spoke to no one to

It started off promisingly, with a smooth coordination for my pick-up at LAX, which pleasantly exceeded my expectations and set a hopeful tone for my stay. However, that initial positivity quickly faded. When I entered my room and opened the curtains, I was met with an unsightly view: a construction dumping site littered with open garbage bins and, shockingly, an exposed toilet. The thought of starting my mornings with coffee while staring at such a view was less than ideal.The next morning, as I tried to enjoy my coffee, the scene outside was impossible to ignore. I found myself unable to finish my coffee and went straight to the reception desk, feeling quite frustrated. I explained the situation to the manager, expressing my disappointment and requesting a different room. To her credit, she did her best to help by offering a room one floor up. While I appreciated her attempt, the ‘solution’ barely improved the situation. The same eyesore remained directly below, and I found myself avoiding the view entirely by only looking up at the sky instead.What could have been a comfortable, relaxing stay turned into one filled with frustration and disappointment. While the staff made an effort, it didn’t change the fact that each morning started with a grim reminder of the inadequate environment. The experience left a sour aftertaste, overshadowing any positives the hotel had to offer.With all of this in mind, I’m giving 2 stars. Sadly, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this experience to others.
