The customer service was so great especially Melissa who was so kind in getting some tea bags because I wasn't feeling well. She also gave me extra coffee, cups and water each night to refresh the ones I had used and just had such a great personality.||I really like that the restaurant is open until 9 pm daily and their food and desserts are actually really good too.||Room was nice and clean and spacious. Hotel is updated. I stay at a lot of HGI for work and this was one of the nice ones.

I was incredibly impressed with our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn and most specifically with the excellent customer service provided by Velonika. During a stressful and chaotic time for our family, Velonika was caring, compassionate and attentive. She was knowledgable about the surrounding area which allowed for those us of from overseas to be comfortable and at ease. I cannot say enough good things about the service she provided during our stay. Will absolutely be returning and recommending in the future!

Outstanding customer service! Melissa was the receptionist and she was very kind and helpful. Every time I stay here, my experience is the best. The room was clean and overall has a fresh and clean atmosphere. It's relaxing place to stay. The only thing I wish it hd newer TVs where I can put my Netflix. But not a big deal.

The front desk woman Velonika was so helpful whole staff did a great job, was very helpful and friendly rooms where very clean. Breakfast was good as Was dinner and the bartender Domanique was great my drinks where so good. It was safe and clean no one hanging out very family oriented. Felt safe

The customer service was excellent. We were greeted with a smile. It was nice to receive a text throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. So glad there was a microwave in the room.

The customer service (Velonika) was very nice and always willing to give me any tips and tricks for the area during my stay at the Hilton! I arrived late and was worried about my reservation as the hotel had a full night, Velonika assured me that my room is secured and to speak to her personally when i eventually would arrive after check in time! All throughout my stay, Velonika was working and day to day I would see her every morning being so helpful to others especially myself. I will|Definitely return!
