I stayed one night while working in the area. The location is great as there are several restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean, but the furniture in the room was pretty beaten up. The bed was very comfortable. The ac unit worked well with a constant fan option to offer white noise in the background. The reason for the three star review is for two issues I encountered. The first was the extremely slow service for dinner. I ordered a $33 salad and it took over 30 minutes with only one other table dining in the restaurant. The second issue was after dinner the door mechanism would not work. Mind you, it took three trips before the front desk staff realized we had a problem. 45 minutes later it was determined the door mechanism couldn’t be fixed. So, I was let into my room with the master key from maintenance, but couldn’t leave or I would be locked out. Really, not just a new room? Not that I planned on going anywhere, but…..
So, my stay was a three star experience; however, it could’ve been a four or five star experience had things gone differently.

Nice and clean lobby. The staff were very friendly. I booked and requested for our floor level and room location through the app, but I was not given the request. I ended up getting another floor level and the view of part of a roof. Room was clean and cozy.

The room appears to be "clean" when you enter, but the longer you look you start to notice how dirty it is. I have a toddler which naturally was all over the place and chunks of dust/hair was all over his clothes from the baseboards/carpet of the walls.. I took a closer look and was shocked with how dirty the carpet was, literally looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. My son dropped his toy and it rolled under the bed, took my flashlight to see where it rolled too.. I couldn't see anything but dust, dirt and so much hair. Moving onto the bathroom, previous guests body hair all over the bathroom floor, tub and sink. You can tell the whole room hasn't been wiped down/sanitized/vacuumed properly or thoroughly in a long time. With how much money we spent for just one night I am disappointed and disgusted. Definitely save your money and go somewhere else.

Nice place, clean and good location.very close to different food choices, shopping and places to go. You can access the 99fwy easily and some food choices are within walking distance. The staff are nice and courteous! Definitely recommend.

Had high hopes for this place based on location, but rooms are really, really dated. Also the guy at the front desk was pretty useless with my room selection. Diamond status meant nothing to this guy. I’m working on a project in SAC so definitely looking elsewhere when I’m back. Ughh

I stayed here to help the Amazon Fresh nearby that’s opening. The hotel was very clean and everyone who worked here, especially the women during breakfast on 9/4, are all so nice. Breakfast is also very good. If I ever need to come to this area again I will be staying here.

Harassed by the staff from 8:30 am on to check out, when check was noon. “king bed” was not , queen size at best. Walls are thin . Really unpleasant experience.

Pros: The location is excellent and close to restaurants, gas station.Few minutes driving to Target. Check in was quick.
Cons: no toiletries, carpets are not clean and have stains. No air freshener in the lobby or elevator makes it stinky.
Room service is every other day. Needs the carpet to be replaced
