This hotel and its staff are wonderful. Our room was clean. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. Our son and his wife live in Auburn. We came out to visit them and our two grandsons. This was our first time staying at this hotel. It's in a great location with plenty to do in the area. I want to thank Reid, the employee that helped us check out. We asked him if we could check out one hour later than the check out time so we weren't rushing. He had no problem letting us stay a little longer to check ou. He was so friendly and kind. Thank you Reid for your kindness ❤

This was the best day ever! We never travel through Auburn before we were looking for a place to stay and believe it or not. A police officer recommended the Holiday Inn and we drove over there and were we impressed from the front office to the wonderful service that we received in the restaurant, also the room was magnificent. We had the best night sleep ever only thing we wish is that we had more time to really into this beautiful little quaint city. It was absolutely gorgeous. Reminded me of my upbringing in the south quaint little store is friendly little people it was beautiful , keep up the good work and entertain your visitors and strangers. The best of luck.

I stayed at the Holliday Inn in Auburn CA, an absolute wonderful experience. At check-in Rebekah took care of us with her amazing service! She explained all the amenities the hotel has. |The rooms are so big and extremely clean!|Also, they have a full restaurant, Maxs very delicious! Overall fantastic experience & very professional & friendly staff! Great job Team!♥️

A big shout out to Matt von Rajcs for his attentiveness to our group stay. We were treated to a special parking area and he arranged a poolside area where we enjoyed appetizers and drinks. He and his staff took excellent care of our 16 members. Everyone we encountered had a smile and pleasant demeanor.I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Love this hotel for being clean and modern. Very early breakfast is available at 5 in the morning. So makes it easy for us working type to eat before going to a job.

The whole price difference for breakfast is just a bully/pushy way to get people to pay more. All these hotels are not here to help travelers to get a good night's rest, they just care about the money, and it shows, all around the hotel.
The room had a hard time with keeping a steady temperature in the room. Overall very noisy room, just like denver

Been meeting friend's in the Bar for many years by 5ish to catch the Happy Hour to 6pm.
They use to have a nice but limited Happy Hour Menu but have discontinued that now. Not sure why. There were 7 of us at the big table and we all ordered off the main menu. Prices are quite higher than they use to be...the New Normal now!
Service was great. Food eas good and, l always get a 6oz glass of house Cab. Always good. It wasn't busy at all on this September Tuesday for a Birthday Party. We'll all be back!
