I highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Carlsbad. We had an amazing stay. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the amenities the hotel offered. This is also the perfect hotel to bring a family. The pool, spa, and basketball court were perfect for kids to release energy and have fun. There is plenty of outdoor seating area and the fire pits are a nice way for parents to relax. The hotel has top notch customer service. The hotel is also located close to many restaurants, Starbucks, Costco, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

I travel a lot and all over the country Holiday Inn I must admit is not my first choice of hotels, but having said that this location in Carlsbad CA. has changed my view. The staff was warm and friendly the food was delicious and the bar was comfortable. I was very pleased with the continental breakfast! The scramble eggs with the vegetable mix was hands down the best I have ever had! (you should serve them like that every day!) Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. My complements to the staff.

It was a nice and peaceful stay for Christmas Vacation. My husband’s family lives in Vista and Holiday Inn had the requirements we need. No fuss check-in, comfortable and spacious rooms, pool & jacuzzi, they have laundry machines if you’re staying longer. Something like an apartment plus setup.

The star of the stay was The restaurant manager Patty, amazing woman who handled the breakfast service by herself on Christmas Eve morning. She covered her whole section and had her people enjoy the holiday with their families. She was super attentive to everyone and quick to respond and assist everyone’s needs.
And the next day , when she saw us, she remembered what we needed and prepared it on our tables, that’s amazing customer service and attention ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and my husband were super happy with our stay and hopefully be back.

Great value hotel with free parking and honest-to-goodness blackout curtains that allowed us to sleep in. Staff were friendly, and the room was bigger than standard hotel room. Will definitely choose Holiday Inn Carlsbad again next time we visit San Diego.

As soon as I arrived staff were super friendly and gave me a well suited room for my family accommodating everyone’s needs! We loved the environment outside with lots to do from playing basketball to swimming at a nice heated temperature pool. Their gym was nicely equipped. Very comfortable stay!

Stayed here as it was the host hotel for the Carlsbad half marathon which I ran earlier this year. Great service. Staff was very helpful and flexible and accommodated my early check in request. The pasta dinner was great and grab and go breakfast before the race was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in Carlsbad next. Not that far from the Carlsbad Shoppes as well.

It’s been a few years that I stayed at this location. Upon check in I was greeted by a very vibrant staff member named Liliana. She immediately welcomed my family and I to the hotel. She was friendly and checked on me later that day via text to make sure everything was good so far. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The basketball court was a plus!

Last weekend I went to stay at the Holiday Inn in Carlsbad, California. I had a great experience, checking in and moving into my room on the second floor. It was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. I especially liked the breakfast, which was over the top. I chose coffee, orange juice, eggs, bacon, potatoes, banana nut muffin, oatmeal, and fruit. It was an enjoyable stay.
