I have stayed at this property several times and have also attended a number of conferences here. I have never been disappointed. Very clean, spacious rooms, and a welcoming, helpful staff. Recently I stayed here to break up a long drive and I had a refreshing, restful stay. A special shout out to two employees who went out of their way to be pleasant, kind, and welcoming: Debbie, Director of Sales, and a gentleman named Sandro. Both were great ambassadors for this hotel; you could tell they took great pride in their work and genuinely enjoyed meeting people. Very comfy beds and a great location not far from the NJ Turnpike ( but you don't get the noise.) I look forward to my next visit.||

Bed and pillows were great. The room cleaning service was above the best service here. The bottom of the doors are about 1 or 2 inches open. Which allows all the noise in the hallways to echo into your room. You hear the heavy metal doors of rooms far away closing. Room across from mine had several drunk people who were in and out between 1 and 3:30 in the morning. Had to be at least 6 to 8 people in the room. Next night saw 3 more sneaking in. Advised the front desk the second day of my stay and appeared upset to even be bothered with it. Didn't help or solve problem and it happened the second night also. So left the hotel at 12:25 am since I wasn't able to sleep the third night either. Stayed at many Holiday Inn's, stay away from this one. They don't care about your stay!!!!

Apparently this Holiday Inn is focused solely on Conference & Convention Attendees -- not hotel guests. Below are our experiences during our 4-night stay in what we expected to be our "home away from home" while visiting ill relatives in NJ:

Must flush toilet 3 times to remove even liquids; heating unit was very LOUD so sleep was interrupted constantly; clock was inoperable & we reported it twice, with no replacement provided; the stated daily maid service was inconsistent & coffee supplies were not refilled -- we had to call front desk for service; very limited space in bathroom/vanity for toiletries, etc.; although the restaurant had posted hours for breakfast and dinner, it was dark & nonoperational the few times we attempted to dine in; the front desk informed us at check-in that coffee is provided in the lobby each morning, but it was only available on our checkout day, 1/30; [however the conference attendees were provided with coffee service]; the 2-queen room website description included a microwave but there was none, a real disadvantage for a 4-night stay; lastly we have been Reward Members for 24+years and have NEVER had such a disappointing stay at any of the IHG properties throughout the United States.

Not good from check in to check out. Long line to check in. Front desk was giving another guest a hard time because the spouse was on the reservation but she wasn’t. Staff member not great about it. Was made to sign a document about behavior because we were with a sports team. Me and my kids were peacefully in bed by 10pm after a very long day. Yet at 12:30am-1:30am we had to listen to people yelling in the hallway and slamming doors keeping us up. Guess that document didn’t apply to them. Same thing at 4:30am. People in and out of their rooms letting doors bang and bang and bang. So much for that

Document about behavior and noise. No hot water in the shower either. Lukewarm at best. When we checked in we were told breakfast was available 6am-11am. Made our morning plans around that only to find out the breakfast was not actually included. It was “available” but it would be a very expensive breakfast at their restaurant. We were deceived. Purposeful or not, that needs to be more clear. Three other families were in the lobby thinking the same exact thing. When I went to check out and discuss all the issues there was no one at the front desk. A sign said someone would be right back. I waited a good five minutes. Still no one. Had to leave.

We stayed at this hotel for a dance competition. The staff was very flexible and met our needs when we needed to ask for our breakfast to go. Our room was very clean and amenities were great. We loved that there were plenty of outlets.

Easy check in and out. Very comfortable room with great TV choices. Excellent location right by the NJ Turnpike. Easy on and off. An EXCELLENT hotel if you're doing business somewhere in the area. In fact, even if your business is NOT in the area, the reasonable prices make it worth the drive.

Had a good stay. (Breakfast not included, FYI)
The hotel was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with friendly staff. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated the 24/7 availability of hydration, including ice water and coffee. Enjoyed using the gym as well. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

It’s a holiday inn what more do u need? Desk person was nice easy check in. Price not bad Looked like public spaces and rooms had been refurbished. Restaurant was closed on a Sunday night but alternatives were close. No free breakfast. Easy on off NTP
