Check in is easy peasy. Very friendly and professional staff. Entry area and 'quad' are nicely decorated and spacious. Rooms are comfortably large and clean and very quiet. very secure access to hotel at all times, unless you're coming in the front door you do need your key to gain entry. Plenty of parking. Even though it is next to the airport, you cannot tell by listening when inside. Breakfast choices are pretty varied with hot food and cold cereal and the link. Pancake maker (I personally prefer the waffle makers) but pancake maker is much cleaner and efficient. Nice selection of hot foods that were kept well stocked. Area kept clean by attendant. Will stay again when price is right (it can be a little pricey).

I stayed after a return from a business trip and it was a quick shuttle from airport. All the staff was friendly and cheerful. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a good breakfast with a variety of options, which would also be suitable for my family with children. I would recommend tis hotel to road or airport travelers. There are plenty of safe walking areas around the hotel, although I was told to watch for foxes and skunks at night. Overall a great experience.

After a long drive, it was comforting to step into a beautiful lobby with friendly staff. The fireplace added to the warm atmosphere. Our room was pleasantly large. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was clean. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience. Clean, ample rooms. The staff is great, super helpful and the breakfast is good. No problem being by the airport, it is quiet. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings. Plenty of parking and it felt safe. It’s close to the beach and CPH. Go Jacks!

Reception was awesome greeted with smiles and ease of both registering and leaving. Hotel is nicely decorated and comfortable with fireplace in lounging room. Nice eating area too. Room has everything one would need and very inviting with great bed and pillows. Shuttle in morning was pleasant, helpful, and inviting. Thank you

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly & the check in was fast. I’d like them to go with a different coffee brand but other than that I’m happy with the entire experience. This is the perfect hotel to stay at if traveling through California to Oregon and vice versa. They have a gym and a pool as well.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Nice staff. Well stocked spacious bath. Quick check in with complimentary fresh baked cookies. Easy parking. Near Humboldt State. Took advantage of the fitness room and complimentary breakfast. Indoor pool & hot tub looked clean.

The staff was so nice and friendly and helpful. On New Year’s Day they provided some local knowledge of what would be open for eating with our group of 8 which was most helpful.

The entire hotel was very nice, rooms were nice. The pool had some extended hours which my kids loved.

Great location for national park visit.
