Definitely older hotel that is going under much needed renovation, - entire front entrance was just empty walls and checking in was on the side section (small room) of the entrance-single desk, office bit clustered.

Rooms and bathrooms definitely need renovation, was clean though. And service was good, in the evening and in the morning. I booked a room directly on the website and there was no mention about renovation.

Breakfast was good but no tables to sit for a breakfast (besides 3 chairs) and was told its ok to bring breakfast up to the room but there were no trays or any other means to take food without running down from the room at least twice. By the time got back to the room with coffee and juice, eggs and sausage were cold. Since hotel is undergoing renovation and still accepting guests, would suggest to make it easier for the guests. Overall not bad experience

Nice Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area as far as restaurants and shopping.

The morning breakfast was your typical Holiday Inn Express and Suites breakfast. The staff took good care of keeping everything stocked and fresh.

The rooms were nice and clean with large widescreen TVs.

Overall, a nice Holiday Inn Express and Suites at a good value!

It was a great day very nicely renovated hotel. Ihg did a great job renovating front desk. Staff are absolutely amazing. Becky at check-in was great. Provided all services that we possibly need with a very nice smile. Thank you for a great day.

Our company uses this hotel nearly every weekend. After driving over the road for several hours, it's a great place to stay and relax before hitting the road again. Been using this hotel for years, and it never disappoints. Great rates, rooms and customer service!

Becky at the front desk is very friendly and hospitable, as is Yuri and all the staff. The hotel room was great, comfortable, and so clean. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Had to travel last minute and booked the first place I could find and am thankful I chose this place!!!! Great room with amazing staff!!! You can tell the staff actually cares about you having a nice experience! The room service staff was so nice and the front desk lady Cassie was so helpful with check in and was so nice! Happy to have stayed at a place where everyone was so friendly!

Two years ago my husband and I had booked a room at another hotel in the area. The room was disgusting. It was filthy, dark, no elevator and a drug deal going on in the breezeway. Needless to say we refused to stay. We asked for our money back, which they refused. After 11 hours of driving, exhausted, hungry and angry I called several hotels in the area. No luck!
Finally I called The Holiday Inn Express. Becky answered the phone. By this time I was in tears and was having a mini meltdown. Becky asked where we were and to “head over to the hotel” she would make it work….and she did!!!!
We got a room, food and a great nights sleep.
We tried offering her a tip for her kindness, which she refused, telling us…this is her job.
Fast forward to today, July 17th. We made reservations to stay at The Holiday Inn Express on our way to a family reunion. As we walked into the lobby, who was there to greet us….Becky!
I reminded her of our story, which she remembered and hugged me!!! We caught up a bit and asked what time breakfast was served as we had to leave by 6 to pick up my brother from Fresno airport on our way to Bakersfield. Becky said no problem, breakfast will be ready by 5:30. Come to find out, breakfast is actually served at 6AM. Once again Becky made sure that we were taken care of before we left her hotel. The world needs more people like Becky….kind, caring and doing what needs to be done to make sure her guests are comfortable and well taken care of!!!

Right next to McDonald's which is awesome, it's clean, has a friendly environment and I love that they allow dogs. Rebecca at the front counter is amazing and very friendly.
