Reliable stay in Elk Grove: very clean, helpful staff. Room is always comfortable and we usually have a good night’s sleep. We liked staying here whenever we visit friends nearby. My only critique is that the food has declined in quality this past year. The breakfast has too many offerings that taste like fast food from packages or cans and don’t taste like real food. I miss the real boiled eggs, bagels when they had them!

If you're looking for a decent place to stay in Elk Grove, this Holiday Inn is pretty good. Nice breakfast included in the price, good rooms with simple, but enough furnishings. As far as a Holiday Inn Express goes, this is a nice one. And the staff here seemed pretty good, too.
Don't come here if you're looking for a functioning EV Charger. They don't function. The hot tub was a bit wanky too, really more of a Warm Tub.

A very nice place to stay when you are visiting the Sky River Casino. The rooms are clean the check-in was easy and staff is just the best. They are so helpful and kind. ||It is a great location, easy to find and right off hwy 99. The breakfast is filling and very diverse. Good coffee and it is available 24/7. Very reasonable priced.||That is our go to spot when we visit the casino.

What a wonderful hotel that is clean, friendly, comfortable, and convenient! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating and it was during a busy, sold-out weekend with a lot of traveling soccer families, which means tons of kids running around to annoy everyone. The lobby and surrounding areas were clean and inviting and the rooms were amazing! They were very spacious and comfortable, the beds were soft and cozy and I actually didn't even need to use my pillow from home because the pillows were soft and fluffy. The rooms also had amazing ACs that kept the room nice and chilled for the 100+ days! It has a wonderful continental breakfast which was perfect for grabbing a bite before heading out for a day of soccer games. Parking was easy, close and tons of it. And the best part, it is located right next to 99 and has a plethora of restaurants and stores within walking distance or not too far of a drive. We will be coming back next month for sure!

The location was perfect, the hotel was nicely decorated, rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The staff was amazing, check in was quick. I liked that the coffee bar was in the middle of the lobby and always available. Multiple restaurants and food choices within walking.
Great choice for a stay if you are in the area.

We came out here for a meeting and my son’s wedding. The check-in was super easy and the room was spacious, clean and comfy. We did try the breakfast one morning and it was really good. I was surprised at all the options available during breakfast. They have super comfortable beds that made settling and sleeping well super easy. The lemon water, coffee and tea were always available in the lobby and staff greeted us each time we returned warmly. All in all a great experience!

I stayed for two nights for business. Conveniently located near shopping, food, and the freeway. Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Pleasant staff. Room was clean and large. Breakfast options were amazing. Lobby was decorated really nice for the holidays. Luggage carts were sturdy. Lots of parking. Other than spunds of the freeway and folks chatting in the parking lot at night, it was quiet. I'd stay again.

overall for the money the hotel isn't bad. my biggest complaint is the front desk any interaction with them was very painful and made my family feel like we were a bother and they wanted nothing to do with us. They just wanted to get back to whatever they were doing on their phone.
