This was a pretty good establishment. The staff was nice and was able to address any problems that I had. The rooms were pretty clean and although there could be some upgrades, it wasn't bad at all. I must say, I don't know why these establishments keep using the refillable shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. I have seen the 20/20 episodes about how disgusting they could be and how people manipulate them. I always bring my own soap and shampoo. If you do need something though, like you forgot your toothbrush or your shaving cream, they will take care of you.

The lobby is pretty spacious and there's always somebody there to help you. I went down to get a cup of coffee around 4:00 a.m. in the morning and it was empty. I am sure that I could have asked somebody at the front to refill it, but it wasn't a big deal. I figured that they would have coffee for people ready around 5:00 a.m. in the morning. The big thing is that, they have coffee 24 hours a day.

The breakfast was good and the staff was attentive to make sure that it was always stocked and ready to go. I took some yogurt and a banana to go. Sometimes those places can get crowded during the breakfast time, but this one was set up pretty well.

There are a lot of establishments around this hotel to eat or get some munchies, like a gas station store. The bummer part is that most things close around 8:00 p.m. or so. Which is kind of dumb, but I guess that's the world that we live in now after covid.

If you're looking for a good place to stay, this could be the one. It's situated in a decent part of town and you feel safe. There's plenty of parking.

My first time staying here. I was impressed with the staff and how prompt they are. The room was clean and comfortable! Complimentary breakfast, I actually liked the turkey sausage patties!
Good food.
Overall, I would stay again and reccomend to anyine traveling to or through Moreno Valley.

Front desk staff were so nice and helpful. I loved our room, the layout of the hotel, proximity to everything. Overall, a good 9.5/10 from me. Breakfast was good but I feel like the choices could’ve been better and the pancake machine was broken lol. Honestly it’s such a minor thing though. My bf and friends and I are gonna come to this hotel from now on for ESCAPE. Thank you Holiday Inn ◡̈

Booked my stay at this hotel last minute and I was surprised that the price was pretty reasonable. (Booked through the IHG One Rewards app) The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. I ran into an issue when my room key card stopped working at one point and the lady at the front desk resolved the problem quickly. They also offer free breakfast, but the selection could be better. However, the cinnamon rolls…ALWAYS get the cinnamon rolls, if you haven’t already. BOMB.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, as usual, just like my other stays at different Holiday Inn locations. They always meet my expectations and don’t disappoint. Of course, I’m coming back.

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is clean, front desk staff was nice. Room was clean and comfortable, my only issue is on the day that I was checking out, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door twice to see if I was still there and it was not even checkout time yet! I was sleeping the first time they knocked so I didn’t respond and the person actually opened my door! That’s unacceptable. I was very annoyed and frustrated only to have them knock again an hour later. That was my only complaint about my stay, but it’s a big one if I’m unable to rest.

I arrived on 2-11 not really feeling that well and the gentleman that check me in was very monotone did really welcome me in and NEVER addressed that I was an award member, at the end of the presenting my room key I reminded him and thanked him for knowing I was a reward member. Room was never clean but didn't know your policy on when you room will be cleaned every day or every other day as the person who checked me in didn't inform me of this schedule. so, my tea packs were not resupplied. I will continue to stay here as it's close to where i have to work at but your first impression goes a long way.

1. We registered as 4 (2 adults and 2 small kids) in the reservation, and yet, upon arrival, we did not have 4 clean towels as expected.
2. The next day, we did not get house keeping (although we left the room around 9 am) and after a long day outside, we came back to the room and saw no one cleaned it.
3. One time I came to breakfast just before it ended and asked for milk. The employee from the breakfast team told me there is no milk left. Afterwards, my husband asked from the front desk and they gave hime a small milk carton as the ones served during breakfast. Obviously, I felt mistreated.
4. There were no detergents in the guests laundry room and we were told by the front desk employee to purchase for detergents ourselves
5. We were told the manager authorized to compensate us and refund us for one night, but before checking out, the front desk employee told us he is not familiar with that at all.
This hotel has a huge potential but fails to supply basic services for its guests.

Very clean rooms specious rooms comfortable beds everything was nice and clean the pillows were great. The breakfast was good we had breakfast with my kids they loved it. They enjoyed the tater tots and cereal.
