I love staying at Holiday Inn Hotels. This specific location I've stayed before and had a good time but had a few bed bites. Our second stay we booked a month before and received a confirmation email. The day of our stay my husband went inside to check in and they couldn't find our reservation. After 30 mins past they said they couldn't do anything about it. Another man walked in to check in and he said he had booked a day before. So how is it that we booked way in advanced and they did not have our reservation. I think it's BS and probably gave it to someone else since they were full booked for the DAY. Poor customer service and will NEVER stay at this location again. We called into the other location a few minutes away and they had extra rooms. so thankful of them.

We were very happy with our stay of 6 nights. The rooms were clean and I most appreciated how the cleaning staff replenished our towels each day without us having to ask. Also appreciated in the breakfast area every morning Vivian (I think that was her name) who kept the area tidy and was always so friendly. Great breakfast, Great staff!

What a wonderful stay! They were all about this gold member! This is a beautiful hotel, that is conveniently located by Ontario airport and easily accessible to a major highway. Disneyland and Universal are just under 35 minutes away during non peak travel times. Excellent customer service, clean, quiet, and well maintained rooms with all the amenities you need and want. Great wifi and TV reception. Bathrooms are clean and provide all the bathing items needed. Hot water is plentiful. Love the seating for relaxing. Breakfast at 6am. has a great variety for everyone with a full menu, eat it there, take it to your room, or take it with you! Beautiful lobby area and the snack bar is fantastic andxwe loved the very reasonable prices. Ample parking and the gym and pool area bring you stay to that resort feel. What a great find. So convenient to all thing California. You can't go wrong with this gem! Points are excepted and a great value.

This was a last minute stay for a sudden need to be in the area for the weekend. The guy who works at the front desk was very nice as were the rest of the hotel staff. The rooms are a little outdated but it was clean and quiet. The breakfast is the typical Holiday Inn Express spread but the Cinnabon rolls were a welcome surprise.

The hotel itself needs a major renovation...it is dated and the common area carpets are filthy. The room was clean but the blinds were raggedy and torn. Breakfast was good, nice selection. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was good...needs more lighting. The pool and the surrounding area was really dirty, so much that we didn't get in the pool or hot tub during our stay. The spa was closed also, so that was disappointing.

The hotel was extended clean, comfortable and was in a great location. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The staff was kind and helpful. Check-in was easy and took about 5min. Great stay overall!

I have stayed at this hotel several times, the staff is always very helpful if you need anything. Very clean, quiet and just can jump righton the freeway in a couple minutes. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Hotel, well worth staying here.

Location was very convenient to the airport and I60. Very clean and spacious room with big tv. The included breakfast was great! The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. You even had a choice of form and soft pillows.
