Had a great overnight stay here. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the room seemed recently remodeled. I typically judge a hotel room on the bathroom and this was one of the better ones we've stayed in. We liked that the room had hard floor instead of carpet, as it feels a little more sanitary. We also liked that they had an evening snack set out (cookies and coffee) in the lobby. And, to top it all off, the breakfast was really good with lots of variety. There was some renovation going on, but I felt like the noise was kept to reasonable hours. Overall, a great stay, and would stay here again. (I only took one picture, which shows the hard floor).

Really nice hotel. Loads of options for breakfast and not too busy at the time we went (november) so lots of spaces. The lady at reception was very rude not helpful at all but hopefully she’s not always like that and she was just having a bad day. The rooms had a fridge and microwave which was helpful. And the location is good the hotel is close to the horseshoe bend and the antelope canyons, I would recommend visiting both.

Let me start by saying Holiday Inn Express is my hotel of choice every time. The only reason I'm rating this hotel a 2 star is because the breakfast was very good. Otherwise, this hotel left some much to be desired. The halls were dirty and smelled horrible. The shower had rust in it. The chest of drawers with the fridge was hanging off its hinge. The cherry on top was definitely the construction sounds and hammering at 7am. I have never been so dissatisfied with Holiday Inn Express. Stir clear of this one folks.

The hotel was OK, clean and comfortable, but nothing special. The pool was nice and cold for a very hot day, but the spa was not open, which was disappointing. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was very good and allowed us to eat our fill.

The hotels checkin system was down when we arrived so we had to write down our
credit card details on a piece of paper. We were promised they would be shredded later but theres no way I can confirm that. There is a nice patio so you can eat your included breakfast outside which was nice. If the checkin felt less sketchy I'de give 5 stars

We stayed for a single night while in Page. we arrived early and were able to check in at 2:00 pm; very nice!||The hotel is in a central location, minutes away from a commercial area where there is a Walmart, gas stations and may eateries. parking is plentiful and the exterior is well it.||Our room was very spacious, immaculately clean and modern. Bed and pillows were comfortable, wifi fast and reliable, television clear with many channels, and the bathroom was bright with lots of hot water and good pressure. Lastly the A/C and hotel were very quiet leading to a good nights sleep.||Based on its location (tourist town) and functionality, I also would consider it good value.||I know where I'll be staying if back in page.

The location of the hotel is close to the busy road to get to any store if you need to grab anything. Tons of parking and and breakfast provided is good! Overall great spot to stay when in town for Lake Powell.

Updated room with modern hard (vinyl plank) flooring made for a clean and neat appearance. Fresh paint was apparent in halls and stairwells and staff working on hallways vacuuming carpets and floors. Had a very pleasant stay
