We were a bit uncomfortable regarding the area. You drive around a deserted mall. It was raining and dark. Arrive at the Holiday Inn Express with 2 very helpful staff members at the front desk. They wecomed us put us at easy. Our room was clean, with nice bedding, pillows, and towels. Breakfast was standard fare except fresh pancakes instead of waffles. (nice change) The staff is quite friendly and helpful, along with keeping the dining area clean and ready for the next guest.

Ended up stopping here last minute. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Miss CC and her breakfast was great. Her warm friendly smile and uplifting words helped smooth out a bumpy morning. I travel ALOT and don't usually care for these buffets but OH MY.. the warm cinnamon rolls and REAL biscuits and gravy you can tell are made with love. Don't let this one pass you by. The rooms are very clean and you can tell all the staff members take pride in their work. From the front desk staff, house keeping, cleaning crew and the dining. Thank you for smiles and the warm welcome away from home.

Bad location- behind an abandoned mall. Bathtub faucet leaked all night. Toilet run all night. TV mount broken so pointed down. Overall in bad need of updating. Did not stay for breakfast as did not feel comfortable eating here due to everything else.

I was the only guest in the hotel when I arrived at 630pm.
The front desk clerk had been in back cleaning and she laughed when she saw me ..I think I surprised her ..she was very sweet , we had a great conversation..she made comment I was only one there but that she did have 5 others coming later that night ..
I surprised her with her special supper from red lobster because she was very sweet and we just had a great conversation..
If I am ever back in pine bluff I will stay there..
The breakfast was outstanding ..I Met the lady who cooks their breakfast and she made the best soft scrambled eggs , gravy and biscuits..I told her how much I loved it ..they have a 5 star breakfast hot fresh and delicious..

It was hard to spot the driveway but glad we did. Got the last room available on a Wednesday night. Room was very nice and spacious, clean. Got some much needed sleep. Good breakfast service. Clean, good atmosphere and food selection.

The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast wasn't great but it was free and the typical Holiday Inn selections. The location of the hotel is off-putting as it's next to an abandoned mall.

Nice place to stay. People are friendly. Room was nice and clean. Very convenient for our route. You do end up going behind an old mall. So lots of parking available. Some IHGs have pillow top mattresses, this place doesn’t have them. Breakfast was pretty good and had one of the larger spreads. It had biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls in addition to all the typical stuff.

Terrible, unsafe location at back of closed mall. Police were called while we were there. Very tired hotel in need of renovation. Saving grace was breakfast attendant. She was very nice and personable.
