I choose this hotel because it was very near a testing center where my daughter needed to take a professional board exam the next day. Andrew was terrific in taking my request for a quiet room and assisting me with my AAA discount over the phone.

Everything was in order when I checked in.

On the morning that we were rushing out the next morning to get to testing site, we could not find my daughter's water bottle and Andrew sensed our panic and handed us a bottled water on the house. So thoughtful!

Lastly, he helped me with the Holiday Inn app.

I did share with him that the beds were too soft for both myself and my daughter. I have had back surgery so I need a firmer mattress.

I have been staying at this hotel for about 6 years or so now. It has been my place of solace and relaxation as I travel over 2 hours from the Bay Area to stay here. It's been one of the only hotels in the area that I felt safe and comfortable at considering I'm a woman traveling alone. However a couple of weeks ago I had a reservation to stay there, my car was broken into and damaged the day before my stay and with dealing with all of that cancelling my reservation slipped my mind as I could no longer get there. The day of the reservation I tried calling the hotel several times to cancel but no answer so I called the IHG customer service line to let them know what happened and if they could assist. They finally got a hold of a hotel employee which was connected to me, he was very unfriendly and told me the reservation was cancelled and that his manager Shane said I'm no longer allowed to stay there. I've spent so much money at this hotel. I have never trashed the room, never have visitors, have never smoked in the rooms. I have had instances where they gave another guest a key to my room and he tried to get in but I NEVER made it a huge issue even though I should have. I asked the employee why I was not allowed to stay there and he had no reason and also denied me the option to speak with the manager. The manager should have told me directly and provided me with a reason why. This is very disheartening to be told that and treated in this manner, I feel like it's a personal attack on me. I can see if I threw parties, trashed the room or broke items in the room that would warrant this "ban" but I literally have done nothing to warrant such a thing. Maybe it's the color of my skin or the fact that I cancelled, I'll never know due to the refusal of the manager speaking to me which is weird and very unprofessional. I requested the manager to reach out to me to explain why I'm not allowed there and still have not heard back. Very unfortunate.

We had very bad stay. The room has paper thin walls and ceilings. I could feel the room shake just simply walking myself. Had family with small kids above us, they were running around or jumping in the room past midnight. Went to front desk asking for help to get quiet to be able to sleep after 8 hours drive. The guests started to jump around even more. Went to front desk again and were told “they could not do anything “. We asked to be moved to different room - could only move to room with 1 bed vs room with 2. Had to move at 1:00am. Upon checking out , front desk didn’t say anything.Nothing was offered as a good gesture. Would never stay here again. Avoid at all cost.

This is our 2nd time staying in this particular hotel. Both times the staff was very friendly and took care of all requests. The room itself was very clean and each day that we came back to the room the staff had done a great job cleaning it back up. The complimentary breakfast was very good, offering a nice choice of food items. The serving and dining areas were kept very clean. We will be staying here again in the future.

We were checked in with ease and quickly while receiving great customer service. I knew where everything was located and about the breakfast while checking in. The room was large and very comfortable and I felt safe and secure the entire stay. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of options to choose from. OVERALL VERY IMPRESSED!

The location is good and close to the Galleria which makes it convenient. The room door locks are terrible and non responsive which resulted in us having to have our key card re-programmed at least 6 different times. The room was clean but we had to finagle the tv in order to make it work cuz the input on the back wouldn’t work. The parking lot had homeless people sleeping in cars when we left which is an unpleasant sight. The breakfast was the most positive experience and had a large variety of options and it was tasty! Overall experience was mediocre at best, I personally wouldn’t go back. I’ll stick with other hotels from now on!

After a few nights in sub-par hotel rooms, this place seemed like a luxury. Clean room, comfy bed, nice shower, big TV, good ac/heat. The bathrooms are stocked with Dove products.
I stayed here again because of the previous positive experience, and this timeI took advantage of the free breakfast. There was a large variety. They even had a cool pancake making machine!

I needed a room close to the hospital I was having an early morning surgery. This fit the bill. They had an accessible room which was easy to get to. The room was clean and spacious. Oh and the bed so very comfortable. The linens were of great quality. I will say again so very comfortable. I will be staying there again if I need further surgeries.
