This place is definitely a hideaway from the world. It’s clean, quiet, and very nice inside especially my room. I completely enjoyed myself and will absolutely return again soon. The room was reasonably priced at a day before booking, friendly staff at reservations was very helpful. The guy at the hotel was nice yet reserved. My room was on the 3rd floor sexy inside. The pics were the same as in person. Room was quiet yet spacious. The view faced the water nice, scenery. Glad I didn’t face the freeway. I was a little irritated that a family upstairs was letting their kids run and constantly drop or bump things kind of annoying. Glad when they sat down. Didn’t eat at the hotel or any surrounding areas since I already had plans somewhere else. The peaceful atmosphere was amazing through the night into the morning. The bed was cozy, pillows were just right. I bring my own extra blanket. I really appreciated that they have Dove products in the shower. ( funny I had brought my own Dove to use as well) No pressure to get out by calling your room, no hotel staff bugging you by knocking on your door. Overall I had a great time here so glad I stayed here. Oh yeah it was only 8 minutes from my daughter’s gender reveal location…..perfect!!! I did feel safe in my room with the door locked. The door was heavy I appreciated that too. Thank you to the guy at the desk and the Holiday Inn staff for all your attention to detail and friendly service.

I was a little worried when I read some of the negative reviews but I’m so happy I decided to give this hotel a try for myself. I booked a one night stay to attend a memorial for my friend that evening at the yacht club down the street. I called in advance and Austin at the front desk said he could accommodate an early check in which made it so much easier for me since I needed to help with setting up the event. He gave me options on which floor I wanted and even recommended a great corner room on the 3rd floor (#315). It was very spacious and also very clean. The bedding was super comfortable and the room was quiet.
Re the reviews about homeless people around.. I did see ONE homeless guy rummage through the trash earlier in the day but he was harmless. I did not feel concerned at all when I returned to the hotel that night. Parking lot was well lit and there was ample parking right in front.
I would 1000% choose this property again!

Experience here is one of our fav locations. The staff is always around if we need help. The cleanliness is always top tear. The pool is always easy to access. We love the location great restaurants to choice from even walking distance.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites and had a positive experience. The location was convenient making it ideal for exploring the area. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great view. The staff were super friendly and attentive ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. Warm delicious breakfast with fresh coffee is unforgettable. For the price, I found the hotel to be of great value, and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was great except the noise of the upstairs guests was really loud at night. The only other complain was that the small couch was dirty had a few stains on it. Other wise it’s a great place to stay! Highly recommend

Had to leave early due to bed bugs. Front desk was very nice but obviously couldn’t stay there any longer. Booked through hotels.com so there wasn’t much the front desk could do for a refund, I needed to contact the app.

I'm late with this review however it's a review that's is needed to seen. This place, for me, set the tone for any other Holiday Inn Express I will have contact with in the future. From the front desk staff, to the clean rooms, to the breakfast... EXCELLENT! Although the location doesn't give a stellar view it is quiet and the grounds are well maintained! I give it 10 out of 10!
