Wonderful hotel! Nice rooms - very clean! Comfortable bed! Loved the walk in shower instead of a tub. Liked the gym - had treadmill & elliptical & other equipment which my husband & I used. Used the laundry room & had newer washers & dryers. Staff at front desk were helpful & friendly. Appreciated the free ride to the pier. Staff was accommodating to our later departure.

Not knowing the area or where to stay in Tampa before our cruise, we chose this Holiday Inn Express. There were eight of us in our group at this hotel. The outside pool area and the lobby were comfortable and accommodating for all of us to gather. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was perfect! While we didn't go out and explore any restaurant options, there is a WaWa on the edge of the hotel parking lot. It was a very easy place to walk, order food and bring back.

We chose to leave our car at this hotel for a $50 charge. The shuttle to the cruise port was free. Michael couldn't have been more accommodating. Not only did he get all eight of us in the van at the same time, HE CAME AND PICKED US UP WHEN WE GOT BACK. All we had to do was call the hotel and they sent him to pick us immediately. We were the only ones he came to pick up! NOW THAT'S SERVICE!

Very convenient after arriving at TPA in the evening after a very long flight we checked in at about 9pm. We got really friendly welcome from receptionist who noted my wife's difficulties walking with a stick and sat her down while I fetched our baggage from our car and she made sure that she gave us an easily accessible room.|The rooms are good size with very comfortable beds. |The nightly rate includes a buffet breakfast which we enjoyed with a good selection of breakfast options. |All round a very pleasant stay.

We stayed on FEB 2 2025 before our cruise. Our cruise was delayed 10 hours because of fog and tide issues. The staff let us check out and utilize the amenities all day. The shuttle driver took us to Brocato’s for lunch as well as shuttling us to port at 7:30pm when we were scheduled to be there at 10am. I cannot find enough kind words to say about the staff of this hotel. They were gracious, helpful, accommodating and just wonderful. Thank you so much for getting us and our fellow stranded travelers through an eventful day!

This hotel is one of the best for the money you spend. Rooms are large, very clean, quiet and are equiped with everything you may need. We also were able to leave our vehicle here while we were away on a cruise. Also they transported us to the cruise terimal at no cost. Great value.

The staff was wonderful greeting us and the hotel seemed clean and nice. I noticed there was coffee and tea in the lobby which was welcoming. We had 2 adults and three kids, which landed us in a suite, which was nice for a smaller suite room, two beds and a pull out couch. The room was on the small side for 5 but it was fine for the one night we stayed. Unfortunately their were no sheets for the pullout bed, and sadly we only discovered that after coming home after a long night out. We couldn't get the phone to work so my husband went downstairs to gather the bedding. The bathroom was very clean, but only 4 towels for our 5 people which is problematic since 4 of us are girls and seem to use multiple towels... daughters... the carpet was very worn and probably needs to be replaced and the beds were comfortable although upon initial inspection found a random hair in mine. After removal the rest looked fine and were comfortable to sleep in. The next morning we got up early, packed up and headed to breakfast, which was wonderful. Very clean and a lot of selection to choose from. My 2 daughters had pancakes, the third had biscuits and gravy. My husband had eggs and sausage with a biscuit and i had a yogurt and bagel. Like I said, LOTS to choose from for a complimentary breakfast, both hot and cold. Overall, good stay, some things would have made it better but for one night it was what we needed.

. We did the cruise and park package. Transfer to the cruise a breeze, Transfer back to hotel after our cruise was a disaster. Tried calling multiple times before anyone would actually answer, and then when finally able to talk to someone we were told they were on their way. We waited 2 hours before we even saw the first shuttle (I called multiple times throughout this wait). When they arrived they were full and they told us they’d have to come back for us. Called again for the fifth time and was told the same thing... He was full and would have to come back. So frustrating! Seems they’re only working with one shuttle van…unacceptable for the amount of people and luggage that’s being transported. So still sitting here going on 2 and a half hours now. No shuttle in sight and no word from the hotel offering an explanation, help or attempt to make things right.

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. The check in process was painless and the front desk lady was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and welcoming. The size was bigger than expected and was very accommodating for three full size adults. I would recommend this hotel to fiends and family.
