Food service was a great departure from the standard food over egg and cheap pork links. Cofffee on days the mex/american mgr was fantastic. Blonde lady who helped is a breathe of fresh air! Super accommodating in the face of some rude customers. Not one bad experience from any employee!! All seemed happy to be there!

We always stay at this hotel and it’s always a fantastic experience. They did have an issue because their water boiler broke and we were with out hot water for a bit, but the amazing staff, Rob couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. They made every attempt For everyone in the hotel to be comfortable and notified through the situation. This could’ve happened at any hotel and because it was the weekend, they were having problems getting a part, understandably. This was the hotel to be at for an issue like this because the staff couldn’t do enough.

Not the nicest place we have stayed but it was fine for one night. Some reviews complain of bed bugs and mice which we did not experience however we did have mold on the bathroom floor and a hole in the bathroom ceiling. TV is not a smart TV which wasn’t a huge issue since we only spend one night here. The hotel has no complimentary breakfast which we knew when we booked however the restaurant on site is expensive. All in all it’s fine for the price for a short stay.

Dana, the front desk employee, made my November stay at HolIday Inn an extraordinary experience.

My train arrived early so I hoped for an early check-in. Dana painstakingly kept an eye out for a room that could accommodate my needs. This was no easy task as the hotel was fully booked. I appreciated that she neither lost patience nor requested that I adjust to a potentially uncomfortable room.

Dana always wore a smile. I struggled a bit with the laundry system and she - again with a smile - went over and above her job to help me with my laundry.

An employee such as Dana is a rarity. She is a wonderful representative for your hotel. Holiday Inn, I hope you hold on tight to her.

Dana deserves a major shoutout!

I have been staying at this hotel several times a year for the past 15 years. The location of this hotel is within walking distance from mini places to shop and eat. During this day, I was fortunate to get a top floor suite. I was totally impressed with the amenities and the comfort of the room. The top floor put me high above the sound of traffic. The sofa that’s in the living room and lounge chair were perfect for me watching movies. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant gave me so much food that I could not finish. The staff there was phenomenal. I can’t wait to return.

Everything was good here, rooms have charger ports, Bluetooth mirrors, nice beds. Comfortable place front desk was great - that's a rarity these days. Housekeeping was ok but very very loud and they start early

Didn’t receive my deposit back from stay. I booked first night trough booking.com and second night through the actual hotel. I received my deposit back from the booking .com reservation but the hotel has never sent me my money back from second night. Used the same card for both nights one came instantly and they giving me the run around about my other deposit. I’m not complaining about the money but will not be staying here again.

The hotel is fine. Their policies on food delivery just cost me money. I ordered delivery which never made it to my room. I was informed by the restaurant that the hotel policy is that they cannot come to my room. I received no notification from the restaurant so shame on them. My dinner was left sitting the lobby unattended so I couldn’t eat it by the time I found it.

I figured the front desk would have at least called me. Picked up the phone in my room and it’s dead. They have my cell phone number on my reservation. No missed calls either. If you want to stay here, just expect a room. Nothing more! I’m out 50$ for delivery for what was supposed to be my last comfortable night on a business trip.
