Stayed two nights. Worst place I have stayed in quite a while. |Checkin at the front desk had serious attitude energy |Water pressure was minimal at best. Took 2-3 min to refill |Wall AC not cooling. Turned out the coils were matted with months or even years of dust and dirt. Day and a half after requesting maintenance (from the attitude energy front desk person) cleaned it ourselves with a hairbrush. Maintenance never came. |No hot water. More like luke warm water. |$12/ day for parking (who does that for a shared parking lot in the Valley?) and $16 for a "hot" breakfast makes the total daily price more expensive than other nicer hotels in the area. |Had to practically beg for towels and coffee at the end of the day since services are apparently not part of the deal for stays of 2 nights|The "don't care" factor is high here. |Better places for same or less money in the area.

Ladies at the check-in desk were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
There is a nice place to have a drink and food right across the parking lot. Decent prices and nice service. Plenty of parking. Signed up for member discounts for my next stay.
Breakfast was 15.99 a person if you didn't get it with your stay which I thought was too expensive.

Gold member here. Stayed one night while passing through town. When we booked, I asked for an upper floor away from elevators, vending machines; basically, in as quiet location as possible. What we were offered was a ground floor room close to the lobby. Also, the safety latch/lock was torn off the door. Parking is $12. The location seemed nice.

The buffet @ $16, not worth it.
Staff would not allow the use of the toaster at the restaurant even though it sat on the counter.

Nothing was in walking distance. Inconvenient if you're on foot.

Was charged $12 a day for parking but had no vehicle! When it was discussed with staff she would not remove the charge and stated "if you can't afford a place like this, you shouldn't of come here." This was Infront of other potential customers. 1 person actually left over the comment.

We scheduled for a week, through Thanksgiving but left due to rude customer service. Was told we would not be reimbursed!

Other IHS locations are really nice, good service, friendly staff but this one, DON'T DO IT. RETHINK YOUR STAY HERE!

Do not get sucked in to paying for their breakfast buffet. It is the same continental breakfast you get for free at other Holiday Inn locations. Half of the items were empty on the buffet, the other half were cold. Server appeared to be in a grumpy mood. Hotel was ok, just don't eat there.

We live down the street and needed a place to stay while getting renovations done to our home. That $12 a day fee parking charge is really ridiculous for starters. Staff is nice is the only good thing about this place. This place really needs updating the rooms are run down. I’ll pay a tad extra and stay at the Marriott Residence Inn down the street. The diff is night and day!

Exhaust in bathroom doesn't work. Room had a stuffy stale sweaty funk. Pool was green. No Netflix. $12 parking per vehicle, as if there's a high demand. Bait & switch. We stay at a lot of hotels, especially in Chandler. This is by far the worst hotel here.

I've been coming here off and on for about a year or so. It's a nice Holiday Inn generally speaking. It's a lot better than some places I've stayed in. The rooms are nice enough The plumbing definitely needs some help as there's leaks in some of the bathrooms so they're wasting water.
This time I was kind of surprised because I knew they started charging a parking fee but I had never gotten charged for it except for the last couple of times. I'm not sure why I wasn't charged before and now I am being charged. But what is unclear is why they feel the need to charge a parking fee. This location is nowhere near downtown, it's almost in the country only a couple miles away from straight up desert. So it's not like they need to charge for parking to keep people out of the parking lot.
The breakfast is terrible so I don't recommend paying for it. There is plenty of places near enough that you can spend your money on and get better food. This is the same kind of food that other places offer for free so it's definitely not worth paying for.
And lastly it's very inconsistent when it comes to getting someone on the phone, sometimes you get a call center rep and sometimes you actually get the front desk. And it's a different story depending on who you talk to. This time I was told that in order to get a balcony I would have to pay an entirely different rate which was about $50 more than what I reserved. When you talk to the front desk they only charge $20 for a balcony room. And this time while The call center rep said there was a balcony available, when I talked to a front desk rep there wasn't one available.
Overall it's not bad, just know that the rate is $12 more than what they quote you if you have a car.
