A neighbor had hired HomePro in 2023 to repair a window leak and do dry rot repair. I walked my dog past this house under construction several times a day. I watched, observed, chatted with the workers. Asked for their business card.
Little did I know that I would in July of 2024 have my house under construction for the same repairs.
It was an easy choice to hire Matt and his team from HomePro. I had repair of a window leak and dry rot repairs on the front and back of my house.
The team was there for 19 days (no weekends).
They were on time, worked very hard, excellent workmanship. The team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Matt is always available for questions. His foreman, Mike is available on site for questions. Mike is always within a phone call away for the “worker bees” to consult and trouble shoot. I felt in the loop for the entire process.
In September 2024 I hired HomePro to replace all my windows. They had failed, wouldn’t lock, couldn’t open them. They were 24 years old. It was time.
Again Matt, Mike, and the very hard working men replaced my windows.
Matt’s team is very loyal. A testament to the teamwork within this company.
I would like to thank Matt, Mike, Eugene, Victor, Joseph, and Constantine. There are a couple of men that I did not catch their names but I thank them all.
You will see these names in many of the reviews due to the loyalty within the team. Each man has his area of expertise. Matt and Mike play to their strengths. And they are rewarded for their fine work.
I hope I don’t need any more work done on my house but if I do I will call Matt.
On a side note many of the houses where I live have window leak and/or dry rot issues due to builder errors at the time of initial construction.
HomePro is repairing one house at a time. The homeowners are witnessing for themselves the quality of work being done time and time again by HomePro.

We had the misfortune of having a leaking window last February. Ignorantly I thought I simply needed a new window, and went online to look for a company to help. I called HomePro and spoke to Matt, who was very generous with his time and educated me on how what I was dealing with was much more than just a new window. Matt also gave me a ballpark quote, and time frame. The quote Matt gave me was way more than I had anticipated, but at the time I had no idea how much work was actually involved. Also, having had my share of bad contractors, I didn't want to mess around with this and possible dry rot and structural damage. Matt's knowledge really shined during our 1st call, and I decided to go with HomePro for the job. Now, having seen the quality and quantity of work Matt's crew did, coming to my house every day and putting in full days for weeks, I feel his quote is very fair.

As you can see in the pictures, once Matt's crew opened up the wall we had quite a bit of dry rot that needed remediation. The crew was meticulous with their remediation process, and the end result looks like it never even happened; which is the ultimate goal, and I couldn't be happier. Matt's crew is awesome, timely, and took great care of my home. This goes beyond just taking their shoes off when inside, I felt they treated my home like it was their own, and their work showed the attention to detail that I would personally give to any home project. Usually when I have a contractor over I find random nails and screws for weeks, but I haven't seen a single one because Matt's crew cleans up with the same attention to detail as the job they do. Given how many screws and nails they pulled and replaced, this is quite impressive!

More than anything else though, I feel the communication with Matt and his crew is second to none. I have never worked with a contractor more communicative than Matt and his crew, and I never had to ask what the next step is. Look, it's unfortunate to need a major home repair, but if you want it done right, and you don't want to have to redo the failed work of some budget contractor, then just save yourself the trouble and call Matt.

I had a great experience with HomePro for a headache of a problem. I had a leak through my sliding glass door as a result of a patio cover affixed to the exterior stucco (in place prior to me taking ownership). Who knew that could cause such problems if done incorrectly. While HomePro cost a pretty penny, I was very reassured knowing that they identified the problem and restored the exterior wall and installed a new sliding door the correct way. The two workers on site were PROS, such attention to detail and very respectful, very knowledgeable. We felt in great hands. I would use HomePro again and again for their expertise.

We had a covered patio, which is attached to the exterior stucco wall, added to the back of our house in 2004. We also had replacement windows done in 2007. Every time there was a heavy rain storm with blowing wind, there was a big leak above the patio door and three windows on this side of the house also leaked. Fortunately, the second floor of the house overhangs the patio door so no damage was done to the door. Over the years we had two other companies try to fix this leak. Neither company was successful. The first company just caulked the area where the roof met the stucco wall. The second company actually cut the stucco along the roof line of the patio cover and inserted a metal sheathing that extended over the roof shingles. In addition, the replacement window company office in Sacramento had changed owners and the new owners denied any responsibility for the previous owners work, even though the windows have a lifetime warranty, which I guess means nothing! There were several years of drought with, of course, no leaks but with all the rain during the winter of 2022-2023, both leaks were once again a big problem. We found HomePro in the Home Concepts Magazine and decided to give them a try. Matt was great in explaining why the leaks were happening and what they needed to do to fix them correctly. We did have to wait several months for them to start due to their very busy schedule. Just as they had the stucco removed, a big rain storm happened but we had no leaks because they did an amazing job of securing a tarp over the entire repair area. They finished the repairs in a little over two weeks. The stucco repair matched the existing stucco perfectly and the windows are beautiful and of much better quality than the previous ones. All of the workers were very professional and cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. It has rained several times since the completion and no leaks at all. Yes, as others have stated, the work was expensive but well worth the cost to have the repairs done correctly this time. We would definitely use this company again.

A friend of my Daughter referred us to HomePro. I called and talked to Matt the owner. He was very informative and educated me on how Stucco works and also on what kind of red flags to watch out for with other contractors. Matt encouraged me to get other bids which I did. In the end even thought I had cheaper offers. I decided that HomePro was my best choice in getting the job done right the first time through. HomePro doesn't use subcontractors he has his own crews and he has multiple licensees that cover all aspects of our job, such as window installation and general work. The Crew Joseph, Constantine and Victor where led by Mike. They all did an outstanding job. I appreciated the crews attention to detail and professionalism. If I had a question on what was going on they were very happy to explain it to me. The crew was very respectful and made me feel like they where treating my home and our project as if it was theirs. no short cuts or rushing through the work to be done. I will refer HomePRo to friends and family needing work done and I will use them again in the future....Thank you Matt.

Matt and his team were great. The project started on time and completed sooner than expected. The finished project was quality work. Hard to distinguish the old wall from the new wall. We are happy with the results and would use HomePro again in the future for any stucco issues!

We recently had a second job completed by HomePRO. Both were window leak repairs. Since the first job went so well we had no hesitation in contracting with HomePRO for the second time. Matt and his employees are very professional and performed all the work to the highest standards. Through out the process Matt was readily available and responsive to questions and concerns via email or phone. His workers arrived on time each day, provided updates on the progress, and left the work area clean and organized at the end of each day. All costs, estimation of start date, and time to complete the job were provided upfront and any additional needed work once identify was explained clearly and change orders presented and agreed to prior to proceeding.
Matt’s crew remained on the job until all work was completed, including additional needed repairs identified after completing the original work. This included stucco damage repair and replacement of water damaged fascia boards. All work was completed to our satisfaction and meet or exceeded our expectations. Hopefully we will never have another leaking window again but if we do we will not hesitate to hit HomePRO. Working with Matt is absolutely one of the best experiences we have had with a home contractor. We highly recommend HomePRO for window leak, stucco, and dry rot repair.

HomePro did a professional job installing a new window for us, replacing a window that had a leak. The work and craftmanship was excellent. Upon completion of the work they did a great job cleaning up and making it as if they had never been there. I will be utilizing them for future projects.
