I am so grateful to the Hotel Burbank for making our recent stay so smooth. My family and I evacuated last minute Tuesday night. After a flurry of events, we showed up at the hotel looking for a room. We immediately got a room at a great rate, settled in, and I exhaled. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot :). No problems extending our stay even for another night. Very grateful to a great local hotel 💗.

We really liked the hotel. We chose this hotel because it is close to some attractions. We visited the Walk of Fame, Griffith Observatory, and Beverly Hill.

The hotel was very clean. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The menu was very healthy and varied. They had freshly pressed juices.

My son ordered a croissant with cheese and ham, eggs, and fruit with a beet juice. My husband ordered a steak with potatoes and green juice. I ordered a sandwich with avocado and beet juice.

Everything was healthy and delicious! The hotel was beautifully decorated. We loved it. ☺️

This was a great hotel! We were struggling to find a reasonably-priced hotel near Universal Studios, but this hotel fit the bill perfectly! The rooms were nicely-sized and very clean. Everything was in good working order. We didn't try out the pool, but that would have been fun for the kids, and they really loved the glass elevators. Parking was pretty convenient, although sometimes a bit of a trek to park, go down the elevator, over to the hotel, and back up the hotel elevator. But all-in-all, a great experience. Was a quick 15-20 minute drive to Universal in the morning, and they had a great night market on Saturday night a couple blocks away. Great find!

Me and my wife been staying in this hotel for literally several years. We are so pleased with the service and actually started using their kitchen. Guys, goes in there for a drink or for a meal and prices way lower than somewhere else and the food is amazing.well, if you want a drink, ask Pablo and he makes wonders as a bartender. Anyway, will stay here and prefer this spot to any spot around.

The bartender was awesome! So friendly and great making cocktails. The front desk did not inform us that if you stay more than a day you have to ask for room service so we ran into it of items. Overall a good stay and would stay again next time because I enjoy that you can walk to many places.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and our bed linens were crisp and fresh! The hotel location was great. We rented a car and the Burbank airport was convenient as well as coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The parking deck was a plus too.

Hotel was pretty decent. The rooms could definitely use an update - bathtub was very shallow and AC took a long time to cool the room. No hot water, only warm water.
Staff were very friendly though and that was very appreciated. Overall, it felt safe, just needs an update to the rooms.

Just terrible old hotel room 702 you close the drawer it opens itself like a ghost old heating system like you have a popcorn machine popping all night woke up at midnight then at 2 at 5 at 7… they haven’t done anything in have it all recorded in videos. Chris the manager playing games saying we will offer u to change the room ? But when did he give that offer? ON THE DAY IM CHECKING OUT what a JOKE 😂 so unprofessional management just terrible dont waste your money
