My husband came to Tucson for a work thing, so I tagged along. In searching for cool things to do/see, I came across Ignite and I am SO glad I did! I spent a couple of hours wondering around, reading all of the informative plaques, and taking in all of the incredible signage. It is a relatively small place, but it is full of incredible items and activities. The owner was over the top kind and shared stories and suggested other must see places. The gift shop is full of goodies! I could have spent another couple of hours just wondering, admiring all of the neon! Absolutely LOVED Ignite!!

We were looking for something to do indoors and saw this on Google. What a Tucson treasure! A great place to learn about neon and signs. Lots of memorabilia and cool things to do, like learning how they bend glass to make neon signs. So cool. A hidden Tucson gem! Come on by and check it out. They even have glass bending classes!

It took me years to finally visit this place, and I should have gone sooner. Great place for kids and adults alike, lots of buttons and educational fun historic stuff to check out. It was really interesting to learn about how neon lights work, and to see their collection of local vintage signs. Wonderfully curated gift shop. The owner was helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back with out of town visitors soon.

A one-of-a-kind treasure, Ignite Sign Art Museum houses a very interesting and well-organized collection of vintage signs from all sorts of businesses and local establishments from years gone by.

We were fortunate to be treated to a neon tube bending demonstration during our visit, and a fun scavenger hunt activity made looking at the many signs all the more delightful. As a resident of Tucson for over 20 years I enjoyed seeing signs from Grill, Magic Carpet Golf, Ordinary Bike Shop, many motels on Oracle Rd and other places that are around no longer.

Gift shop with neat items and friendly, professional staff. Great place to being out-of-town visitors!
