Very welcoming atmosphere and Ingo was a lovely man who makes a great vanilla latte. Fun local art and gifts to choose from. Will definitely be back next time where in TorC.

What a charming, relaxing, gem of a coffee shop. We were visiting Truth or Consequences for a week and stumbled upon this place. We ordered our coffee and tea and then relaxed in a cozy spot; we chose window seating with comfy chairs with an accompaniment of many interesting books.
The owner makes a great cup of coffee, pour over, and offers a nice selection of tea. Happily he had nondairy options for vegan folks. It was a most relaxing way to start our day.

Cute hipstery cafe owned by an adorable German dude who has been in NM forever and adopted the town as his own. Had some nice conversations with him while he made me an excellent Turkish coffee. The other beverages my group had were nice too. Recommend stopping by at if you were visiting Truth or Consequences like we did.

We stopped in Ingos on April 17, 2021, while we were traveling in our motorhome. My hubby was hesitant when he viewed his espresso machine, but i encouraged him to give it a chance. We loved the owner, the groovy atmosphere, the art & his lattes blew our minds 🤯☕️ SO yummy. It was such a memorable experience that we STILL tell friends and family about it. We always refer to it as

Stumbled across this place after spending the night at a hot springs hotel, and it was wonderful. Great drinks, great owner, and great atmosphere. The turkish coffee was great, but the Ingo Lemonade was *absolutely perfect* for the summer heat.
