Their business model is to intentionally misrepresent the damage to maximize the claim value. This is unethical and I chose not to do business with them. Then they come after you for a fee. Terrible experience.

Great experience. Ron was meticulous about successfully negotiating our claim with the insurance company which had been less than forthright dealing with us directly by first saying they would be settling our claim followed by a claim denial letter. As soon as I brought Ron into the picture, a sense of cooperation emerged from the insurance company adjuster. I am glad I chose Ron to handle our difficulties with this claim. Employing Ron led to a successful outcome for us.

When a major national disaster hits, property owners are left dazed, often confused, and in an area in which they are not familiar. They need honest help. Such was the case when Hurricane Ike decimated the Bolivar Peninsula in Southeast Texas. We lost 3,600 homes, 4,200 vehicles, and more than three dozen lives up and down our 31 mile stretch of happy living. Property owners had so many different things to deal with including loss or major damage to resideces, businesses, services, and governmental jurisdiction, infightiing between windstorm and flood carriers, and a crooked administration. (The director of TWIA was removed from his position and charged with five counts of wrongdoing). When Ron Delo and his professional team arrived on the scene, I personally feel they were God sent to help people navigate the waters of claim inspection, adjustments, and payment. They not only waged the war for us under most trying circumstances, they stayed in the trenches in day to day combat, and brought a sense of light and hope to me, my family and 150 or so of my friends. The Public Adjusters fought fiercely, labored long, proved professional, and won wonderfully to get us what we desparately deserved. I treasure their friendship, honesty, vast knowledge, experience, and results and could not imagine being in the arena of insurance claims without them.

Mr. Delo was very professional and incredibly responsive to my inquiry, but could not assist with the type of claim I had (travel insurance). He did offer some helpful suggestions and I would absolutely consider utilizing his firm's services in the future.
