First time here! From the outside, it looks small, but it was pretty big on the second floor. It was free today, and I took many pictures without flash. 📸 It's a Thursday, so it was hardly anyone else there.
I had a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. I would go back if I was in the area.

Rather large collection of mostly Asian art, in a very modern, bright set of galleries. Admission is free, believe it or not, and the collection, which is primarily on the 2nd floor, is deceptively large and exceptional in quality and beauty. Well worth a visit, even though it's not in the best neighborhood.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised! The musicians were fabulous! They chose a selection of various genres of Hans Zimmer's amazing repertoire. I loved the setting as well! It was very intimate and we could peruse the International Art Museum of America before the performance began. A lovely evening!

TLDR: free museum that also holds the candlelight concerts!

We spent an hour in this free museum and the art displayed was nice to see. The interior has a beautiful nature display on both sides and it has a semi-large area for the candlelight concert. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well

Free admission! Wonderful and beautiful art, you can take pictures in the museum, no flash. You cant take a picture of one statue inside though. Literally almost no people during weekdays. Come and see for yourself, it looks 100% better in person!

IAMA has a great collection of Chinese paintings. Their landscapes are my favorite. The simple nature of the brush strokes enhance the silhouettes of trees, mountains and waterfalls. Displays throughout the second floor are also filled with interesting works of animals, humans and plants. The bronze sculptures are very unique. Definitely worth checking out.

Free admission, nice art, and pleasant interior makes this a good place to stop by.

There are some small lakes inside, with some small structures. They were decorated beautifully for Halloween. Most of the art is on the second floor. There's also a gift shop. Most of the works are from Asia. Flash photography, food, and drinks aren't allowed. Stop by if you have some time and you like art.
