The location is surrounded by shops, food, and some homeless outside of the gates, but I had a good experience. Love having security and they do their job, staff is great and friendly, room was spacious and felt like home away from home. Cant wait to visit again. Out of all the hotels locally I think they are the best quality wise and not extremely pricey. You can receive mail and theres on site laundry. Thank you for the experience!

I do not recommend this hotel if I are African American maids along with security are on a real power trip they are do rude and disrespectful talk down to u like as of they have some authority over u even went as far as calling the cops sending them to my room in case I had warrants to get me out after paying $400 to them now a security has stopped me put her hands me trying to prevent me from going to my room so rasise her unbelievable again if u str African American. I would stay away

Terrible unsafe place for kids. Everyone doing drugs in their cars. Most the staff live there so they get to do whatever they want. Security with glasses is useless and probably selling drugs. Always partying the security office. If you like to be rude and people being rude back at you then I guess this is the perfect place to stay.

so the down fall is the location it isn’t the best, but the bright side to this place is the many different places to eat around this hotel, the fact that this hotel is gated and comes with security and they actually do their job which is a huge plus, the rooms aren't a full 10 but the room is comfortable and the housekeepers were amazing always made sure I had all I needed were polite and always came knocking with a smile, I will most definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again thank you your staff that you have on this property are amazing people and for the room I stayed in my stay was pleasant.

My experience was safe and pleasant. This property was not my initial choice however before arriving I prayed and was lead here. I appreciate the security and my suite was to my liking. The staff was kind to me as well and if ever there was anything I requested they obliged. The property is off the freeway and there are grocery stores/restaurants all around. Again most importantly I felt safe and the suite was clean. I would definitely recommend this property.

The location is a plus and a con. Everything is within reach or a short drive away, but homeless people are everywhere and the place they seem to congregate the most is right across the street.
The room had AC that didn’t auto so I always woke up freezing hours before I had to get up, when it got colder at the beginning of December, I discovered the heat on the unit didn’t work at all so I had to get a space heater. The walls are thin and my last neighbor liked to talk really loud in Spanish and I could hear every word. His TV would wake me up or keep me up, most of the time.
Considering I lived there for a few months I needed more kitchen space. Drawers and cupboards were scarce and there was no oven only a range top with crooked burners that made everything cook in one corner of the pan.
Room service is suppose to come once a week to grab towels, sheets, etc. they never came, not once. I asked one of the girls as she was cleaning the room next to mine and she said it wasn’t my day. She couldn’t tell me when that was and I guess no one knew, because no one ever came.
In short this place is a dive and is more expensive than the rent I have now, but it was home for a while and I liked the location okay. This will always just be the first place I stayed in Arizona, and it was a roof over my head when I really needed one.

Check in started great and staff was friendly. There were many shops and restaurants near by. Unfortunately we found three roaches in our room, two being in the bathroom and one being on our bedside nightstand. Our bed was pretty hard, SUPER squeaky and had remnants of bed bugs on the mattress. The walls are paper thins and there was never a moment where I couldn’t hear the tenants next door. The Wifi did not work no matter what we did, who we talked to, or who we called. The staff was unfortunately no help. They do not replenish toilet paper or towels (they only give you 1 roll for our two person-7 day stay). There were people and dogs in the parking lot and surrounding streets that were talking and barked incessantly throughout all hours of the night. We also never once saw housekeeping throughout our stay. I’ve lived in Arizona so I know what to expect but this was just far below my expectations.

Yesterday my friends were attacked by a drunk guest and the hotel security on duty for the morning shift of 03/14. They were simply walking past the hotel when a hotel guest visibly intoxicated began insulting them and attempted to attack them both physically. To make matters worse the security came by and without correcting the issue at hand the security began a physical confrontation with my friends and was forcing my friends boyfriend to fight him. He didn't even try to hear them out or understand the issue only added the problem and made the situation more overbearing. I really hope that the owners read this and do a proper coaching to the security staff and if possibly review footage for coaching .this security definitely needs it ad will continue to bring down the business with the improper attitude and behavior.
