Signed up for the six-week transformation program, and I absolutely loved the workout I got in just under 40 minutes of sweating and straining pretty much every muscle in my body. The facility is small, so classes are small, so you get a lot of instruction and feedback.

This place is awesome my daughter is 8 and she has been part of the family since she was 5. I say family because it feels like everyone cares, the coaches are patient yet Stern. My daughter is a little sensitive and they all take the time to make sure she's ok even thou there are ten other kids in the class. If you are looking for structure, discipline, patience and the piece of mind that your child can defend themselves, there is now where better. Thank you coaches for all your hard work.

In Your Corner is more than a fitness class it’s a team. The family dynamic that you get and the encouragement from both the coaches and your teammates push you to do your best. I participated in the 42 day challenge and lost 14lbs along with going down 4 dress sizes. My confidence sky rocketed and I have energy for days. (Not to mention I loved it so much that I committed to 6 more months!)
I work a full time job, a part time job and am heavily involved in my community.. AND I have time for this. The classes are scheduled periodically throughout the week to help you succeed, not give you a reason to make an excuse as to why you can’t go.. COMMIT... I promise you won’t regret it!
