There aren't many artist studios still available in the Bay Area and this is one of the best. Studios are a decent size. The building is kept up and their is a great gallery you can arrange to show your work in onsite. Rents are rarely raised. There is decent parking. It's a good place to create!

The space itself is fine but the management is horrible. I moved out after being harassed by a person who was illegally allowed to live there. There was no attempt made by management to properly rectify the situation.
