They were kind, quick, and efficient. I arrived shortly after they opened and was greeted warmly by the mechanic. He cleaned my front windows and vacuumed my floors, which was more than I was expecting. He suggested I change my air filter and, after taking a look at it, I agreed it was long over due. Shame on me.
I'm happy with the service and customer service.

After agreeing to a price, I give them my keys, they drive the car in and I go for a walk. I come back 15 mins later and they’ve done nothing. When I ask, they say they’ve got a cheaper price they want me to agree to. Only then do they start. What a waste of time. Communicate properly.

The skid plate partially fell off my car shortly before the shop here closed. The guys were nice enough to pull my car up right away to help take it off. I'll be back for services soon enough thanks to their kind customer service today. So much appreciated!!

Their staff is very professional, they did the oil change in my car in a timely manner, and over all was a great service at a good price. This is my 2nd time at jiffy lube and I’ll keep coming back
