As you come into the facilities, on your left you will see the Hospital and Building 3 & 4 West. To your left, you will find Building 1, 2, & 4 East. Labs are usually in the Basement, Pharmacy on the 2nd floor. You can ask for a face mask at the entrance from security. Although this location looks difficult if you come in on the north side off of Marygold and Sierra, you should be fine.

I'm giving 5 stars review because of the incredible work of Doctors, nurses and amazing staff! Yes the wait time is awful and restrooms in the waiting area were horrendous! The ER should be more sanitized with the floor looking dirty. Unfortunately I had to go there 3 times and I would hope that things would improve but not. I did get the upmost care and also at Urgent care. Everyone there also very caring. Please with all the money that Kaiser makes can someone please be a little more thoughtful with cleaning the restrooms? Urgent care restrooms we're very clean.

Labs at the hospital are no fun but when you get the right techs it is not so bad. I went to kaiser twice in one day for labs and got the best tech Jaclyn. I have small rolling veins and most times don't get techs who are able to draw blood without a few pokes and movements of the needle. OUCH!! Today I was blessed to have Jaclyn and she was truly AMAZING! It was evident she knew what she was doing. Thank you so much Jaclyn.

The staff was caring & helpful. Only drawback was being on a gurney in the hallway next to the nurses station distributing 2 bags of blood. I was left there for most of the day. I kept asking for water since I was thirsty. Nurse kept getting side tracked , she was so busy. I finally got a room after my endoscopy.

Discharge was immediately and I barely had time to find a ride home since I lived almost an hour away. I couldn’t drive myself home because I was still medicated from the endoscopy. I felt very rushed out of my room.

Not a fan. No one thinks one or two steps ahead. If they do something - it’s as written… in a handbook. example: a request to speak to someone in the executive office was met with ā€œI don’t have that informationā€. Ok. No one said you did. It’s a request… please get the information. Instead, I am told a charge nurse will get back to me. This blows my mind… why should I wait for them to get back to me? This only delays my ability to get something fixed. Just because you have always followed a particular order, doesn’t mean it’s the correct way to handle everything. They are not patient-centric at this hospital. A dentist doesn’t report back and everyone just waits? No. You demand they immediately respond. I don’t care if they have a private practice. You took a contract for critical care at a hospital … that is the priority. Not a teeth cleaning appointment. It blows my mind that a dentist can hold up a surgery. In addition… while internally people question each other - but no one tells the executive office ā€œwe have a problem with how you contract dentalā€. I am solution oriented… this place is same old, same old, oriented. No one can do anything without following a chain of command… this is not the best way to get the best results. You drag out things - delaying care and jacking up costs. Guess what? I will fight needless delay costs… no payment for days you sat around doing nothing but keeping them in a holding pattern… not acceptable- and you should know it’s not acceptable! I am not telling you something you don’t already know.

The staff is attentive. The nurses are our heroes. They took care of everything all of the time. As a thank you for their service we left them treats for their break room for everyone. The most demanding job on the planet and yet they still love to help people.

Absolutely insane, had I known the standard wait time was 6 hours and longer I would’ve waited for urgent care. It’s weird how they will have their favorite patients check in just so they can use the waiting room as a free night stay. It must be common to have ā€œJesseā€ check in and stay the whole night. At 6am they kick out all the homeless people who clearly didn’t want to be checked and were discharged hours ago. Meanwhile I waited 6 hours was never seen after vitals and decided to wait for urgent care to open. Waste of time. Update : right after I posted this I was checked for my vitals again and asked to wait in the lobby again. After 7 hours of a wait I drove to urgent care in a different city and how funny that when I checked into urgent care is when I got a call from the emergency room. Do not go to the fontana ER unless you’re bleeding and dying on the floor
