Leigh Ann made our Key West dreams come true! Her expertise, knowledge and relationships were just what we needed when looking for a vacation home and I'm so grateful to have worked with her. Not only did she spend a TON of time answering our questions and showing us a variety of options, but she also made the experience fun and stress free, she is a joy to be around and I count her among my friends after working together. Thanks to Leigh Ann we now own our dream property in paradise!!

I listed my home in Key West with Leigh Ann, because of her reputation for being very organized, thorough, knowledgeable, and communicative. She was all of those things and more. She is easy to work with. Always available when you have a question. She knows the people in our town at the title company, at banks, utilities, in the city planning department, in the licensing department, etc., so that if there is a question or a stumbling block, she knows who to go to to get it taken care of as soon as possible. She handled my open houses professionally. She arrived 30- 45 minutes early to make sure everything was perfect. She followed up with everyone. She scheduled many open houses because it was peak season and it paid off. She arranged for beautiful photographs of my home. She was careful to work around my schedule and my tenants schedules. We all enjoyed working with Leigh Ann. I highly recommend her.

As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. Leigh Ann was incredibly patient and understanding. She took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever we needed her. Leigh Ann’s experience and deep understanding of the market is invaluable. She provided exceptional service and I highly recommend!

Attentive to all details and a very hard worker. Mrs Roach is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. I have had the pleasure of doing several transactions with her. Call her today and you will not be disappointed.
