When we checked in, Janelle greeted us so warmly and made us immediately feel welcome. She "set the tone" for our stay. The rooms are very homey and comfortable though a bit dated. We do love having the huge sauna tub and relax in it every visit. Also, the bartender/waiter was easy going, friendly and helpful. Thank you LNI for another fun stay...

I was overall disappointed with this inn.

Checked in to be informed no pool and no hot tub for "scheduled" maintenance. No big deal about pool, but hot tub was a disappointment, and not communicated at time of booking, or when I called to inquire about check in time day of.

Power randomly popped off the eve of our first night. Quickly fixed, but what!?

Sink and tub in our bathroom drained incredibly slow. Gross!

The in room spa tub was a nice touch and comfortably fit both myself and my fiance. Water didn't lose its warm temperature filling the good sized tub.

Strangely no access convenient amenities like toothbrushes, razors, sewing kits, etc., even for purchase. Also found it weird to post a cost for taking the hairdryer in the bathroom.

Convenient walking access to old Folsom and many delicious restaurants and bars, steps to nice walking trails.

No option in room to connect to your own TV apps like Netflix or Hulu...but you can purchase in room movies.

All in all, Id say stay here for a night if you have something planned in area, but not a "getaway" hotel in which you can relax in convenience. More a "rest stop"

Location is superb. It is grand in looks and its wedding place as well. Property is old so doesn't give that extra special feel in the rooms.
We were at Folsom for a swim meet n it served our purpose completely. Cleanliness wasn't bad but as i said it doesn't have that extra nice vibes.
They do not have any kids movies for free to watch. So no TV time 🙁

A large hotel with standard options and amenities. The bar and grill was ok, but a little pricey for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The best part was being next to Historic Folsom.

My husband and I got married at Lake Natoma Inn over the past weekend and it was breath taking! Jackie was our event coordinator through the whole planning process and was absolutely amazing and so kind! Her communication was excellent and answered all questions right away! The hotel staff were so sweet and kind to myself and all my wedding guest from the moment we checked in to the day we checked out and everything in between. The rooms were cleaned and the beds were comfortable! We had Justin as our bartender during the reception and he killed it!! He was so awesome and our guest raved about him being so nice and making good drinks! All the staff during our cocktail hour and reception were the sweetest and helpful if anyone needed anything they made sure it got done. The food was so good, seasoned very well! They made sure the food was hot and replenished as soon as it was getting low!! Thank you Jackie and Lake Natoma Inn for making our wedding and weekend so memorable!!

Positive: Nice convenient location in Folsom near the old town area. Negative: The walls were thin, and you could hear the adjacent rooms occupants. The door to bathroom was very difficult to close, something that the maid staff should have referred to the maintenance team. Our sink was also slow to drain and should have been fixed.

Rooms were small & bed/pillows need upgrading. The lobby did not provide complimentary coffee, which was surprising. The best part to this property is the location to the old town. Everything in walking distance.

The room was dirty, the shower was moldy. The lobby roof was stained from leaking. And the Smell was terrible!! Great location, but in dire need of a makeover
