Lori from Lamps plus helped me buy 3 lights for my new/old home. She helped me find lighting in my budget (not large) and my taste and made it fun! Due to my mis- measurements I realized when I got home that one light wouldn’t work -Lori submitted a cancellation order quickly and refunded the amount back to my card. I’m sorry the gorgeous light didn’t work but I’m extremely thankful that it was a very painless fix. I will be working with Lori again as I need at least 2 more ceiling lights. I was pleasantly surprised with lamps plus because of Lori.

I walked into Lamps plus as a last resort to find a bronze decorative screw on cap to a bathroom ceiling light/fan. I took it down to wash the glass bowl and dropped one of the caps. Looked for it all over but could not find it. I tried going to Emigh's Hardware 1st to no avail., then Home Depot and Lowes with no success. When I walked into Lamps Plus, a saleswoman immediately asked if she could help me. I told her what I needed but she explained that they did not sell those parts and I would probably need to go online. I think she saw my disappointment. I started to walk away and she stopped me and suggested I ask her associate, Thomas as he might have a suggestion or maybe have some miscellaneous parts in the back. I'm glad I did because Thomas looked at the part and went to the back and returned with a small box of different styles of decorative caps. He quickly found me three that would most likely work. I'm very appreciative of his willingness to help. He never asked if the light fixture was from their store. He just wanted to help me out. I will definitely refer friends and family to this store. They have a massive selection of beautiful light fixtures and lamps and more. Again, thank you for your assistance. 👏👍

Lamps Plus has been my store of choice to purchase lighting for my home for several decades. I had actually purchased a lamp shade 3 days prior to returning to make another purchase. My opinion of both experiences are vastly different. Saturday's visit was not the positive one I had hoped for and merely a repeat of an unwelcome feeling experienced on many previous experiences. Yesterday's shopping experience was a very positive one and warrants sharing with Lamp's Plus management. Upon entering the store yesterday, January 21, 2025, I was warmly greeted by Kathryn K. Because of her professionalism and congeniality during that visit I am encouraged to visit and perhaps purchase other items I need for my home versus visiting other retail establishments.

I am so impressed with the customer service I experienced at This store. Thomas went above and beyond to help me. It is exactly why I prefer to shop at a local store than buying on some online market where it is hard to even talk to a live person!! Thank you so much Lamps Plus and especially to Thomas B!! Very nice store. There were several polite team members in this beautiful store. Kathryn R. (assistant store manager) went above and beyond to help us locate a gift which was so very appreciated. I enjoyed my entire time at Lamps Plus on Sunrise Blvd!! Great place to shop for lightening, etc. It was worth the drive all the way from Elk Grove!

Allison was amazing! She helped me find crystals for an antique lamp, no easy task. She searched and found what I was looking for.

Kathryn was the person who greeted me when I walked in, with my long shot hope that I could find a missing piece for my antique lamp. She was kind and gracious as I explained my situation and “mission”, saying she would check to see if they had what I was looking for. She then connected me with Allison who did a further search.

They were an effective team in helping me reach my goal. I’m so impressed by them and the high level of professionalism and kindness they provided. Good old fashion customer service!

I was helped on the phone by Kathryn on Jan. 11. She was very friendly and efficient. She checked to verify the light fixture I decided on was in stock and quickly completed the sale over the phone, suggesting she could demonstrate the various lightbulbs I could use when I picked up the fixture the next day. Our in person experience with her today was equally pleasant and speedy. We were impressed by her professionalism and positive attitude.
