We purchased our car on Saturday and our salesman Dylan Pittman was amazing. Dylan is a professional, committed, knowledgeable salesman. Dylan went above and beyond on making sure our decision to buy the vehicle was the right one for us. I also want to acknowledge two more remarkable individuals. Eric Ruby and Joe Jacob. Let's start with Eric, Eric was concerned of a prior experience i had with the previous service manager and Eric made sure he was present when we were at the showroom. Eric was managing our purchase by making sure the deal was dealt professionally and without risks. Joe, he is the financial manager. Joe continued the planned financial objective and guided us towards a successful financial path.

Overall, the experience was as white glove service and we left the showroom content.

Over the last 15 years, I've been to a lot of dealerships, worked with many sales consultants, and have seen and purchased many cars. If you're looking for an enjoyable, stress free car buying experience, look no further than Eddie R (Edward Ruggirello) at Lexus of Bridgewater. My experience with Eddie R. has been by far the absolute best! I started my hunt for an IS 350 at the end of 2023, and I just took one home today - yes, it's been a journey! And Eddie R. has been helping me the entire time. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable and honest, super communicative and responsive, and most importantly, he's not a pushy or gimmicky sales consultant. I had visited a few other Lexus dealerships in NJ and NY over the last year, and while there were some nice IS 350s and sales people, none compared to Eddie R. at Lexus of Bridgewater, so I decided to hold off until the right IS 350 showed up here - and I'm so glad that I did! I couldn't imagine making my first Lexus purchase with anyone else, and in the end, I feel that I not only have my dream car but that I also gained a friend.

Working with this dealership was a seamless process. Trinity Tirado was a joy to work with. The car buying process can be stressful, but she actually made it fun. We had been shopping around for quite some time and narrowed our search down to Lexus and another car brand.
