I bought my new Lexus here in 2021 and have been coming here for years now. This past weekend, I came in for service, and the attention to detail Sandra and her supervisor gave me was beyond my expectations. Sandra went above and beyond in explaining what was required and what could wait until the next service schedule. She spent time going over everything in detail. Thank you, Sandra. Your customer satisfaction is 5 stars. This is what I consider an Elite employee.

Buying a car is THE WORST. The games, the lies, the hours spent….BUT
I’m happy to tell you most of that can go away if you go see Mo and Joe Green at Lexus of Oxnard is down to earth, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I went and purchased my first Lexus ES300h, they helped every step of the way. They seemed so excited to be helping me. and before I leave, the GM walked to me to congratulate and made sure I’m happy and satisfied with my deal.

I will never go to any other Lexus dealership besides this one. My salesperson, Jessica, has been outstanding in assisting me with both purchasing and repairs. I value her so much that when she moved to a different Lexus dealership—over an hour's drive away—I followed her just to purchase my car from her.

What makes her exceptional is her attention and readiness with answers. Recently, one of my tires was low on air due to a nail. I took my car to the nearest dealership, Lexus Glendale, where they told me I didn’t have a warranty and that it would cost $468 to replace the tire. I reached out to Jessica for advice, and she promptly confirmed that I do have a tire warranty valid at any Lexus dealership, even providing a copy of it. However, Glendale refused to honor it and insisted I go to Oxnard to use the warranty. Caught between two dealerships, I wasn’t sure what to do. Jessica stepped in and offered to speak directly with Glendale, and thanks to her, I was able to use the warranty there.

Even though I purchased my car 1.5 years ago, Jessica continues to take care of me and is always there when I need her. Andrea, the finance specialist, has also been incredibly helpful, both during the purchase and in this repair situation. She ensures I fully understand everything I’m signing and patiently explains everything until I have no more questions. In fact, she was right next to Jessica when we were on the phone, making sure the situation was handled.

Mary-Lou was also very caring and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them here, but I’m grateful to have such dedicated professionals at my dealership. They will exceed your expectations when you visit them.

On 12/28/24 we called regarding a Ford F250 we were interested in, and they said it was available so we made the 2-1/2 hour drive out there since we were ready to buy. The issues began when we got there and learned the vehicle wasn’t ready to be taken home, which was pretty annoying but understandable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle without seeing the finished product. We made the deal and brought up some concerns, like the tires wearing uneven.They wanted to just replace one but we convinced them to replace two. The biggest disappointment was paying an extra $600 to replace the other two tires and they did with the cheapest tires known to man so my $600 basically paid for 4 new tires
When we left they said we would get a call on Monday and I heard nothing. I decided to call on Tuesday and they said someone would call me back, but I got no response again. So we called on Thursday and threatened to cancel the contract and then they finally told me it was going to be ready
Since we were 2.5 hours away they said they would deliver the vehicle and pickup our trade in
I wouldn’t have taken the truck if I would have driven out there. The outside looked really good however the interior was disgusting, there was sticky soda in the cup holders, filth in the cracks, and filth under the seats. They said they pride themselves on their used cars but that was not the case with our vehicle.
Very disappointed with this experience please beware

My husband and I recently purchased our new GX 550 here. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We were lucky enough to work with Ray through the process. He was helpful, personable and knowledgeable.
It was evident that he truly wanted what was best for us and made the deal work. Andrea helped us out with the final paperwork and she made it such a fun experience! When it’s time for another car in the future, we will be back. Thank you Lexus of Oxnard!
