We came here to check out Shepard Fairey’s Damaged exhibition. The gallery is very spacious, with plenty of natural light to allow for a proper art exhibition. The exhibit is open through December 17th and I highly recommend that you go check it out!

I love street art. That being said, I am just fascinated by the stuff that comes out of the minds of these artist! It inspires me to create and get out there, to spread the message on streets and walls!

Shepard Fairey's collection of works in this show was very politically charged and with it came a view on societal norms. The large murals used during the women's march was beautiful and inspiring. There was interactive pieces along with sculptures throughout the exhibit.

At the end of the show, you'll find a little room titled consume, where you can purchase some of Fairey's prints. BUT! If you don't feel like becoming another consumer drone, you can pick up complimentary prints on your way out! They also have free stickers so that you too can become a street vandal and spread Andre the Giants face on all the street corners!
