LightObjects did a outstanding job for us. They cut 1/4 inch aluminum with our CAD design. We are a non-profit all volunteer high school robotics team. It has been 2 years since I purchased a 700 watt 5 by 10 fiber laser table that we upgraded to a 1000 watt machine. The smartest decisions I ever made was to purchase from light object. The tech support has always been handled the same day and the machine up and running in a couple hours(in almost all cases it was operator error). If you need any parts they get them to you within a couple days. Marcos knowledge and quick responses take a lot of the stress out of dealing with other companies customer services and long wait times.

If I could give six stars I would. Best customer service I have experienced, especially when it comes to their knowledge of laser cutter equipment and prompt replies. This goes for both sales and technical support. They really know their stuff and always make time assist you. I have ordered from them a few times over the years and each purchase experience has been great. The quality of the parts they sell have also been on another level entirely. You know what you're getting, they know their products in and out, there is complete peace of mind. I've only had good experiences dealing with LightObject and Marco. They've been very helpful with all my questions, and are quick to respond when I have an issue. Marco delivered my laser cutter himself and helped me get fully setup and running. I also like that they're somewhat nearby, so new parts can arrive within a day or so if necessary. We bought our laser in August 2016, and I'm writing this in May 2017 after putting many hours on the machine. Everything still works just like new with no problems. I'll definitely be using LightObject again for tube and controller upgrades to my other machine.
