Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable bedding. The view was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet. Enjoyed the noon check out time. Our room had a faint smell of mildew, and a bit of mildew in the shower grout. Almost $300 for one night’s stay, but it was lovely overall. M club access was nice, but snack/drink selection was low at night. Better the next morning.

I recently had the pleasure of calling the Little Rock Marriott home for three days, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional stay from start to finish. Every moment spent at this property was a delight. The club lounge was the perfect way to kick off each day, offering a hot breakfast and some of the best coffee I’ve had in a hotel setting. The convenience and quality were unbeatable.

The room itself was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The attention to detail in maintaining the space made it feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect environment to unwind and recharge.

The Heritage Grill also deserves a special mention. I found myself not needing to venture out for dinner, as the steak tips appetizers and perfectly cooked lamb chops kept me coming back night after night. The flavors were incredible, and the dining experience was nothing short of heavenly.

Whether for business or pleasure, I always look forward to my trips to Little Rock, and the Little Rock Marriott is a big reason why. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast in the concierge lounge, but come early.. food taken away by 9:15. Evening service was definitely on the light side, but open 24 hr for snacks and soda/water. Valet team was top notch and attentive. Checkin was fast even with a lineup waiting at the counter.

Great hotel, but what keeps me coming back is the Bar/Restaurant, specifically Sam the bartender. I travel to Little Rock for business often, and most the time I end up paying $150-$200 more per night to stay here, vs other Marriott properties that would be more convenient and cheaper for me. The reason I do this, is the amazing food, and even more amazing service that I get from Sam and Jamie in the restaurant bar. I was there this week, and due to multiple conventions, the bartenders were slammed! I saw Sam having to deal with multiple people, who I would call idiots, you know the ones who sit there and yell out to the bartender, or wave money at them to get their attention, but then when the bartender acknowledges them to take their order, they are not ready and starts ordering one drink at a time, walking away to go get other peoples orders from a nearby table ect, basically just wasting the bartenders time. I saw this numerous times, but Sam always kept her cool, and made sure they got every drink they wanted. She would even take others drink orders while the original customer "figured out" what all their friends wanted. Even when people were rude, she served them with a smile. I keep coming back and paying more because of Sam, and the food. I will say, if Sam was no longer there, I would not foresee myself coming back and paying more to stay there.
The rest of the hotel is nice and the amenities are great. My only complaints would be that the rooms are in serious need of an update/remodel, and once the gift shop (privately owned) closes, usually early around 9:45pm the hotel has no other options to purchase snacks, water, toiletries ect. They either need to have a Marriott owned marketplace for customers, or they need to have the gift shop stay open later.

Generally the experience was very positive. Comfortable room, excellent wait staff, quick checkout. But it did have some surprising oddities. There was no dresser in the room. Any clothes brought that cannot hang up in the closet must be laid out on display on shelves. There was also no in-room safe, which I regularly use to secure my company laptop. I don't know why the hotel would omit either of these two basic needs.

Very clean and comfortable room. Loved the automated valet and courteous attendants. I only remember Tim and Eric but all were great. In fact, everyone on staff we encountered was very friendly and accommodating. Also, we were very appreciative for the early check in. Thank you!

I enjoyed this hotel. It was convienently located in downtown Little Rock. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the smell. It was a combination of mildew and toxic cleaning detergent. I got used to the smell once I was in the room. It was strongest when you first opened the door.

The rooms are beautiful. Just wish they had a dresser in the rooms. The river view from the room is really nice. The front desk staff provides great customer service. The valet staff is nice, however they don't open car doors for passengers which takes away from the valet experience. I do like the valet text option that they provide to bring the cars ro the guest. The hotel overall is beautiful and the location is perfect.
