I had a wonderful stay, and one of the standout aspects was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient, making the experience stress-free.

The on-site restaurant, H2, was a delightful surprise. The food and drinks were of excellent quality, and I highly recommend trying their cocktails – they were absolutely amazing and a highlight of the visit. The ambiance of the lobby restaurant added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

A special shout-out to the housekeeping team is well deserved. They went above and beyond to ensure that my room was impeccably clean and tidy every single day. Their attention to detail and punctuality in maintaining the rooms did not go unnoticed and added to the comfort of my stay.

The hotel also offers decent facilities, which contributed to a comfortable and pleasant experience overall. While everything met or exceeded my expectations, it was truly the warmth and dedication of the staff that made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, great food, and a comfortable environment. I look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel has a modern design with comfortable rooms, featuring a soft, clean bed and a pleasant warm shower. However, the air conditioning control was inadequate, there was a strange stain on the bathroom door, and the curtains were dusty. The staff were warm and welcoming.
The room offers a view of downtown and the Hollywood sign.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED the hotel! From the moment we got there we were treated with kindness. Shout out to Liliana and Alex at the front desk! Excellent communication and customer service! Mariana also helped us to get around town and she was so sweet. Jessica and the other blonde server in the lounge took very good care of us. We will be back. Thank you!!!!

So impressed with my experience. Alex at the front really made it amazing. Staff and everyone else has been super friendly. The location is great too because the mall next to it has a lot of different options for food and there's a Walgreens as well. So you don't feel isolated. Definitely exceeded expectations and I might actually come back if I have to come to LA again. All the rooms have pretty good views as well.

Bathroom was not clean (someone else’s hair on the sink and on a towel upon check in, cracked tiles, chipped paint and wood, rust in the bottom of the tub), floor in our room was slightly sticky, someone’s room service tray was left out in front of their room (also next to our room) all night with food on in, you can hear every sound in the hall outside from inside your room. The best way to describe how I felt is just “icky”. I am sure there are better options out there. The location is nice being right at the walk of fame and having a hotel inside but I would give all of that up for a more comfortable accommodation.

We have stayed many times at Loews. It is still a nice hotel although it is now slowly aging and it definitely could use some basic maintenance. We always opt for the suite looking towards the Hollywood sign. It is a very large and comfortable room. Some basic things were absent this time. No water unless we asked. No slippers as they were out and a real hassle to order anything from reception or room service. However all by all still a good hotel in the best location possible! The little shopping mall is accessible from Loews! In the lobby there are some amateur singers performing on some evenings. The lobby restaurant is ok but really nothing exceptional

This is the third year attending Academy Awards Events and again I will stay with my Team at the Loews Hollywood. In preparation for our stay we communicate regularly with the Front Desk Director Tae, as our staff is traveling from Italy. Our correspondence also includes the Director of Entertainment Lula. I can't stress how important it is for us to have a responsive and professional interaction with The Loews. They understand the difficulty in coordinating and accommodating an international group. Tae is an amazing, attentive individual who makes sure we are always assured and put at ease. Lula has always been very responsive to our varied needs and any concerns that may arise.

From the moment we were greeted at the front desk by Andy, in addition to his exceptional and thorough check-in process, we knew we selected the right hotel. Our entire stay felt like the staff was happy to have us there, from random greetings amongst staff in the hallway to quickly attending to our room service requests. Keep up the great work!
