i paid $500 for tickets with a great view. Staff moved my seat to an area with an obstructed view. I asked the box office if they can help me get a new seat with a view that I paid for. I was even willing to pay for an upgrade. They said the show was sold out and there were no seats available. She then said that i’ll “still be able to see the stage.” Middle of the stage wasn’t even visible. I couldn’t see any of the performers. Half of the GA Floor seats and many lower bowl seats STAYED EMPTY throughout the whole concert. Box office employees could have helped all the attendees that were given obstructed views. Many of us stood near the back just so we can have an actual view of the stage The box office’s lack of empathy and help is shameful and disgusting.

In town to visit daughter, son in law and grands. Went to go see Disney On Ice. Loved the performance but was disappointed at the lack of signage to point you to the best areas for parking and to easily access the venue. With small children and the inability to bring strollers it was a bad way to start and end our performance. We parked in one area and could have had access but were met by security who pointed us down and to the right. Thankful we went to performance we did, those in later performances had to go even farther down and then a right and there was something else taking place and they close down our access (and escape). Good news? All that time walking and slow carry of toddlers decreased traffic! Poor organization and/or care in managing events.

We were in section 3 row B. There was a huge gap between the ice rink and row A. Very disappointing. I thought we were much closer, not clear when you buy the tickets..
80% of the guests arrived 20 min late & kept interrupting the experience for us. The guy in front of us had his daughter on his shoulders blocking the view for everyone. The staff did nothing. Would not go there again & don’t recommend it.

Not a well maintained place. We've been here multiple times for various concerts.

It feels like a cheap location. The seats are cheap and uncomfortable. The security is iffy. The bar is very overpriced.

The toilets deserve a special mention. They were overworking and very dirty. I saw women forced to use men's restrooms because theirs were very dirty - the men's weren't clean either.

Parking is also horrible and the traffic flow is not at all well managed. It can take upto an hour to even get into the parking lot.

Recently, my family and I attended the Disney on Ice show. Overall, the performance was enjoyable; however, the seating left much to be desired. The chairs appeared worn, with faded paint, making it challenging to clearly see during the show, as late comers would be blocking view trying to find their seats. Additionally, the seating arrangement felt cramped, leaving us with a sense of discomfort throughout the performance.

Moreover, the high cost of food and snacks was a notable downside. The prices were exorbitant, negatively impacting the overall experience. It would be beneficial for the organizers to consider more reasonable pricing for refreshments.

Another aspect that could be improved is the parking situation. It would enhance the event experience if parking were included with the ticket purchase. This could alleviate the inconvenience of having to pay separately for parking and streamline the overall logistics for attendees.

In summary, while the Disney on Ice show provided entertainment for the family, addressing concerns such as the worn seating, tight arrangements, overpriced refreshments, and separate parking fees could significantly enhance the overall satisfaction of the audience.

Horrible experience, the arena itself was extremely dirty. We all got hand, foot & mouth disease. We had tickets to Disney on ice but this will be our last visit at the Long Beach arena.
